I don't think so but don't quote me. I have installed other intake system and never had to tune but I am sure a tune would help.

LS9 newbie question, how does this differ from the K&N? Looks like this one is similar to the Halltech with the shroud. Which would flow more air and be better for a stock motor? TIA
