WTB: 1LZ black z06, will buy or maybe trade superformance for it
prefer red or black interior, year doesnt matter though prefer 06 for best value or 08 if new...
i need something i can drive in bad weather.
If someone wants to trade one for the cobra, the superformance MkIII cobra is titanium silver, no stripes, underbody exhaust (looks and sounds much better than a sidepipe car IMO and you wont burn your girl's leg)
427 pump gas windsor, tremec, alum 8.8 IRS, wilwoods, custom brakes and pedals, hydraulic TO bearing, and top quality engineered power steering, momo steering wheel, CCW 18x10, 18x12 wheels in body color, has a hard and soft top.
it is MUCH faster than a new Z06, both in a straight line as well as on a track or autocross, and much better looking and sounding... however, there are really no windows that are workable and it is not practical enough to drive daily. (it has vintage air but I dont have the compressor on it.. it is also wired for a stereo but it is also out of the car)
i only took it to the strip once, and with the top on, hot off a 70 mile drive, with 3/4 tank of 92 octane gas, on the street tires, and rolling out easy with a 1.89 60 foot, it still ran a 7.2 1/8 mile at over 105.
JROD was their the same night in his record setting Z06 and was hitting only 92 in the 1/8 so that tells you that this car is faster than a z06 even if you put slicks and NOS on the Z.
(I guess I might also sell the cobra if someone is interested. $65k)
OK, it wont let me attach files, email for pics of the cobra if interested... it is the best looking and most unique cobra I have seen and it, unlike basically any other kit car cobra, is essentially race ready and not just a show queen that falls off if actually driven.

Wow, i couldn't imagine getting rid of my Superformance! In fact I sold my Z06 to get a Superformance! Your SPF sounds like its a real beast, and if anyone is in the market for a trade, it sounds like your car would be a nice one to have. Good luck!

the spf is great, but i moved for work, dont have decent garage space, or time or space to really enjoy it. a vette would be more practical for my current situation.
i love the car though, so i may just bite the bullet and buy a z06 and keep the cobra in the basement garage. best of both worlds, but not as practical.

It may be faster and it may sound better, but it is not better looking than a Z, maybe in your opinion, but not everyones. Good luck with the potential trade it sounds like a killer, they are a cool car.
