WTT: Mercedes SL600 V12 TT ($25k in mods) Warranty till 4/2015 or 100K for 07+ Z06
-Z06 must be 07+
-No crazy miles
-No salvage title
-Clean car

Up for trade is my 2004 SL600 (V12 TWIN TURBO) with around 32k miles. No accidents/no story car!
This is not your typical or usual SL600. This car has a lot of time and money into it. The body is upgraded to the 2007 SL65.. note this is not the 05-06 older SL65 body but the 07-08 body.

XM Radio (LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!!!)

The white and black SL63 pics, are for show only, and are the wheels I have coming in.. they will not be silver, they will be satin/semi gloss black.
Also the black sl63 rear shot is to demonstrate what the sl63 spoiler looks like, that I have, that is not yet installed. That will come with the car!

The twin turbo V12 engine with the exhaust sounds exotic.. sounds more like a Lamborghini Gallardo then an SL.
The seats do not have the typical wear that most SLs experience. This car was driven 95% of the time in Arizona. NEVER SEEN SNOW, barely seen rain (handful of times).
Mods on the car that are not in pics:
2011 SL63 Trunk Spoiler
LED License plate lights (like the new lexus/bmws have)
Parking lights are not the ugly yellow lights that are on all Mercedes, they are now LED as well (so hyper white / HID looking light)
The wheels that I bought are not even here yet. The wheels in pics are sold and my new wheels will be here in a couple days which I will post pics of below. (Reason I bought new wheels was I planned to keep the car, however, a few buddies are really pressing me to partner up and buy this smaller hotel in a beach district and I need this toy gone to do that). I really will regret selling this car as its got so much into it. New the car was roughly $140,000 and has another $25k into it.
Now, the BEST part:
The car is under warranty till 4/2015 or 101,000 miles!! It has a Chrysler Service Contract. This is an exclusionary policy.. everything is covered. The warranty is as good as a new car or cpo warranty it covers anything, just take it to your local benz dealer, everyone on the benz forums uses it (mbworld.org/benzworld.org). It also includes a 5 day rental car for free, and the car has 24/7 Roadside Assistance.
What really ticks me off about these car dealers that sell these high end luxury cars that they buy as junk from auctions (well at least a bunch do). They say that line " extended warranty available " guess what? except for like 3 warranty companies (which cost $4-7k) - they will NOT cover the ABC suspension (look up repairs to this on google or the benz forums, the costs for repairs on the abc suspension range from $2500 to over $8000, yes $8000.
Guess what, these other companies will not cover the turbos on the engine or the superchargers on the 55 amg cars.
Chrysler Service Contract = EVERYTHING is virtually covered (except wear/tear like brakes, tires, and stuff like that- that no warranty covers). All that has to be done is transfer the warranty to the new owner, 1 piece of paper I submit, and it costs $40 or $50 to transfer the warranty.
I have owned a few 600/55k models. I know these cars VERY WELL!
Now onto price..This car:
^^^ that car doesn't even have sports package.. sports package is HUGE on the sl600 because the sports package has the AMG body.. otherwise it looks like an SL500 base .
But who cares about sports package.. my car has 07 (updated 07+) sl65 body and that car above also has NO WARRANTY! My warranty is bumper to bumper coverage till 4/2015 or 101k!
Now lets talk about performance.
Stock this car does 0-60 in about 4.5 seconds. The cars exhaust did add a little hp (maybe 15 whp), but if any of you really like a fast car... for $1699 you can get an ECU/TCU tune. This will basically raise the boost on the turbos amongst other parameters. For $1699 this car will be faster than a stock SL65! The car for $1699 ( I can get you in touch with the guys who tune these cars ( I am a big enthusiast on many forums). I just never got a chance to do it yet.. but for $1699 the car will have 650 bhp/770 tq (engine numbers not wheel hp.. whp is around 510whp/650tq)
The SL600 is an amazing automobile, the car is a coupe when you want a coupe and a convertible when you want a vert..
I am sure by now you can tell I am a car enthusiast.. all my cars are treated like my baby. Overall the car is in VERY good shape for a 2004, the car has only a couple rock chips throughout the WHOLE EXTERIOR.. believe me I am VERY picky! The car received a full detail about 3 weeks ago. The interior is in great shape.. no wear really on the seats in SLs that is uncommon! The dash/wood, steering wheel all are in really great shape.
Everyone will think your driving around in a brand new SL, trust me I get it almost everyday.
This car is all here, full warranty, many mods, and had only 2 other owners besides myself. The previous owner was a buddy of mine, he bought it off the original owner with ONLY 9k miles!!! You can not get a nicer, more detailed orientated history than this car.. Do NOT blow your oppurtunity to get one of the nicest SL600s in the country.. everyone has an SL55 with a supercharged v8, there are TONS for sale.. go check autotrader/ebay/cars.com and see how many SL600s are for sale.. About 5 04-05 SL600s in the WHOLE COUNTRY!

The new 19" avant garde m328 wheels are on! Traction is MUCH improved.. car also feels lighter and more nimble than with the 20" wheels.

if you see my other thread in the other cars, I am trying to sell this for an investment property.
If I trade, I can just trade the car in to a dealer and get basically what I am selling it for. I had a sale fall through at 47k because buyer failed at getting financing.
Someone whos looking for a hardtop convertible, or more luxury cruiser, or just a change of scenery.. we can both benefit each other. Car is fully warrantied till 4/2015 or 101k. EXCLUSIONARY POLICY!
If I trade, I can just trade the car in to a dealer and get basically what I am selling it for. I had a sale fall through at 47k because buyer failed at getting financing.

I have a race of financers.. It's amazing how many people can NOT get financing ..
Will sell for $45500 WITH warranty, or $42500 WITHOUT. I can get prorated amount of $3k.
as I have agreed to this price with a few and they just can't seal financing.
