Prolly Time to Sell....07 LMB Z06
2007 Lemans Blue Z06
20,500 miles...a lot of highway miles...just got back from a trip to Las Vegas.
2 owner (owned since 6,000 miles; bought in Aug 08)
B&B Fusion exhaust (no mild to wild or anything)
No Navigation
Still original set of tires which are decently worn (original since I've had it; buyer can choose preference of new tires so I haven't changed them...as you can tell, I haven't truly enjoyed this car much with no burnouts )
Chrome Wheels
2 tone gray/black leather interior
If you search previous posts, there was small damage under front fascia..Here is the thread discussion and has pics as well. This is really the only spot on the car. Ran over a piece of rubber from a burnt out semi tire in the dark. Rest is normal, small stone chips but nothing major.

Link with pics of the underside.
Believe at dealership I had a warranty added in that was 5 yrs/50k miles no deductible, and it's only 2 years in. Car drives smooth with no mechanical problems whatsoever...just small cosmetic issues.
Have pics upon request...located in the heart of KS. Honest seller, will work with buyer on whatever he/she needs to complete sale. Only selling due to financial hardship. Decided it's better to sell now and save up for when I can buy another than fight to keep this when I should pay off other bills.
New price: 40k....let me know your thoughts. Thanks guys.
(There is a lien on the car so title will not be in hand because KS keeps the title, but contract will be written up at point of sale)

Send me an email and I'll shoot you the pics. Pretty sure once the lien is paid off the title is sent. On the last car I sold, we both signed a contract stating price, seller, who the new owner was, etc, then I received the title that week, signed that, and sent it to the new owner.

Yeah pretty sure...either way if you somehow got stopped or something on the way home, the contract is binding if both of you sign it. I'll do some more checking and get pics to all requested soon. Thx.

Bump...took some new pics that I can email...posted a couple above. I checked on the KS Dept of Rev. site and the seller can give the buyer a copy of the registration showing the Lien Holder, and as long as it is current, the buyer can take this to their local treasurer and get a 30 day permit. The seller, meanwhile, has 30 days to supply a lien release to get the title. He/she then fills in the purchase price, date of sale, their name, etc, and sends it to the buyer.

Did you ever get a quote to fix the fascia? Just trying to figure out how much the final cost will be after repairs and new tires. I like the fact that you're honest about your car. Atleast the buyer knows there is no "hidden" issues.

Yes I did and I got a couple quotes from same guy. His quote was for 900. He said if I got insurance quote and got a whole new nose in the process, it would be around 1500. Or, he said I could just leave it if it didnt' bother me because it wouldn't affect anything and wouldn't get any worse. One of the tabs that connects the nose is what was broken mainly. So, it's really up to the buyer whether or not it's bad enough for them to fix. Really only "bad" if you are trying to sell the car like I am, otherwise, I prolly wouldn't get it fixed if I were keeping the car. I am very honest and willing to say anything I have prior knowledge of.
