Default 2009 z06 atomic orange--rebuilt title--22.1k miles--$39k

Amazing Z06 2LZ up for sale in Houston, TX. I had this listed on here back in October but was pulled away for my job offshore. So please forgive me if you msg'd me with no response. Car runs great and is a definite head turner. The speed is unbelievable and the handling is great. The car was bought with front left end damage, but with no engine damaged. Both airbags, and the dash were replaced with new ones from GM. One item I did not correct was the driver side mirror. The motor inside of it does not seem to be working and I am too over budget to replace it, when it can manually be adjusted. Also, there are some scratches on the driver side headlight that you can see up close. I have spent over $18,000 fixing this car and trust me when I say that you will not regret buying it. The car has been inspected and aligned. It has less than 22100 miles and runs great. Email me at ddaniel.engineer@gmail.com if you need further pictures or info. This is a steal for $39k.

The following link is a homemade video of the car running...please excuse the wind noise midway through the video:

Nico, it had a salvaged title. When i fixed it, the title was transferred to rebuilt.

Branded titles usually carry a 50% value as compared to nada retail bank guide. The bank will not loan that amount on a branded title. Just trying to help, been in the business 15 years dealing with these issues. Car looks nice, Id even been interested if the money was right. Good luck on the sale!

Thanks for the post. Ive checked the value on this car with the rebuilt title and I am pricing it in the range that I was shown. Also, I've sold one other vette and two Audi's in the past year and a half, each over $36k, and the banks have never had an issue loaning the money to the buyers. Maybe there would be an issue if the cars were non-inspected salvage titles. Rebuilt titles bring more confidence to the table. But, I do appreciate your opinion.

Some bank will loan money against rebuilt title. All insurance companies will insure a rebuilt titled car. The only issue you will run into is if you have an accident, the insurance company will put a lower value on your car and you may not get as much as someone else would get with a similar vehicle (with good title). Good luck with the sale.

I know titles vary from state to state and some ins are more sensitive to salvaging at title then others. I've bought a salvage car (370z) before and completely fixed it and then scheduled a state inspection with insurance inspection and cleared by both. Ultimately I received a clear title for the car. Yes a clear title and with history of salvage from a different state. My car was insured for the "clear title" of the car which was the full value. I actually ended up selling the car to a Sheriff that was located in Kansas and he transferred the title with no problems. He currently has a clean title.
The car is gorgeous and GLWS

Default Z06

I would like before pics and receipts as well. Have you run a carfax on it? You can post the before pics on the forum. Any better shots of the engine and interior.

Thanks.

There is noway you can spend 17,000 $ unless u got ripped off or there was some major damage I spent around 5k with work and paint and I had to cut my front clip.
I believe he's asking the right price for an 09 z06 rebuild title when you consider to see other 09 z06 clean titles going around for 50k or more. If you want to advise him, I think you should consider sending a private message instead of stirring up negativity on his sale thread. If your not interested in his car, then move on to the 08 z06 and get it for 40k or whatever. I say this with respect, don't get offended but its Per forum rules.

A clean title 06 z06 are selling for 35k+ on this forum or anywhere. You will never see an 09 z06 sell near that price.
Again its on 09 z06 with a rebuild title and 39k seems fair. Three year difference is huge.

As far as cost this car looks like it is loaded with options and is not a stripped down vet. 06 z06s are the first year and along with that comes it own problems. my advice is simple if you do not like the cost find one that meets your needs,c6 z06s that are hit with out repairs go for 25k.

Gentleman, this is the Forum's position on sales threads: Please try to abide by this rule. If you aren't helping to advance the sale please move on. All of our members deserve the courtesy of having the best chance of selling their cars. Thanks so much for your understanding
If you don’t like the price or item being offered in for sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.

If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.

If you post your own for sale items to the for sale thread started by someone else, you also are in violation of Forum rules. Start your own thread, rather than jumping into the thread of someone else.

If your contribution to a for sale thread does not advance the sale, you are in the way.
