Well... time has come. Putting the best car I've ever owned up for sale.
2008 Z06, 2LZ, Victory Red/Ebony and Red two-tone leather interior, Navigation, chrome rims, cargo shade. 35k miles. Never wrecked, no paint or body work ever, never smoked in, garaged nightly, covered parking daily. Never tuned or tracked. Honest...
I am a 57 y/o real estate broker who has, like the previous owner, always babied the car since new. Not to say I haven't run it through the gears--I have, but it's never been launched hard, no burnouts, no top speed runs. All maintenance done at local Chevy dealer (they're actually good), fresh Mobil 1 every 3-4000 miles. No mechanical issues. Never driven in ice or salted roads--west Texas car since new, California for the last 4 months. Tires were replaced under warranty and was realigned.
Does have several tasteful improvements, no mechanical or performance mods. Probably forgetting some, but here goes:
Nitto Invo 295/35ZR18 front and 345/30ZR19 tires with about 8k miles on them--still lots of tread. Much quieter and smoother riding than stock.
Apsis front rock deflectors. Installed at 1500 miles. These work great--very few small chips on rear flairs, none behind tires. Cars I've seen without them are chewed up. These are the 2nd series with the rubber (soft) molding to prevent paint damage.
Top Flight Reproductions front license mount. --this is by far the best option if plate is used, moves the plate to the middle of the grille opening, is removable in about 15 seconds and requires no drilling.
Corvette Mods tailight seals. No more water collecting after you wash.
Lloyd's 'Z06' rear cargo area mat and front floor mats, Rear Partion
Sunset Orange Creations mild-to-wild switch. Uses one of the Home Link buttons to operate the exhaust. No FOB to lose...
Custom tint by Sandman--5% rear, 20% sides. Looks great--absolutely no bubbling or seperation over the rear dot matrix.
Apsis two tone Black/Red Napa leather (butter soft) center console door.
Apsis Black leather (red stitching) elbow savers.
Apsis '08 pattern Carbon Fiber spoke caps on steering wheel, door push surrounds, A/C vents, emergency brake **** and shift ****. Basically I covered all the silver bits--to me they just don't go with the rest of the interior. This looks MUCH better without going overboard.
Kawal Gen 2 PAL with iphone "spec.dock" docking Iphone--allows you to listen to your music through the factory radio. Works perfectly.
'427' Hood emblems. OEM.
Price is $45000. Not interested in trades. Not interested in any services. Buyers only please. Scammers please don't waste my or your time... if interested, may contact me at (408) two-eight-one-9718 or chaszo6@gmail.com Thank you for your consideration. -Pictures coming,
-Chuck

Good luck with sale Chuck! Whoever buys this WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The car was originally purchased by a 65 y/o avid car collector who put 1500 miles on it over 2 years. I am a 54 y/o family practice doc who bought it from him and drove it to 27k miles--absolutely never abused, meticulously maintained, never raced or tracked (well... there was this modded out '08 Shelby that needed to be schooled, but that's another story ), never spent a night outside, always under covered parking, never any paint work. Chuck bought it from me and I'm sure has taken excellent care of it--he, like me and the first owner, is a Corvette lover and enthusiast. Great driving car, never any mechanical issues or repairs other than a realignment and new tires under warranty.

Can't believe this hasn't sold... perfect West Texas/California Z, never on salted roads, never any body work, never smoked in, nicely optioned, several thousand $$$ worth of tasteful mods (no performance engine mods), never any mechanical problems. Buyer can talk to all previous owners if desired--no unknown history like buying from a dealer. Get with Chuck and work a deal!
