Dyno sheet I found says Max power 424.13 max torque 388.74. And yes that's a chrome lip on the rims. The rims are Cray Manta Black w/Machined Lip.

Dyno tuner said I could probably could gain almost 10 more HP if I changed the rims since their heavy. No idea if that's true or not.
