I helped work on radial cars that go 4.0 to the 1/8 and one that went 3.99. They run 15-18psi air and if your radial is wrinkling. It needs more air. Its not a slick and your tires aren't beadlocked. So if you want to chance it. Be my guess but it suck you would chance wrecking your car running 10-15psi of air to try and make it work. Rather then investing in a better wheel tire combo or suspension.

Just about everyone that buys a ZR does the basic mods that run to over 5k...
You have a great ZR1. I sent you a PM about the 5K mods that just about every body should do. I thought could please share with the ZR1 forum owners what exactly what you recommend for 5K.

Awesome Z. I doubt the answer will be yes however figured I would ask anyway– Would you consider selling your hood?I have been wanting this version for a long time but unable to procure one. Perhaps exchange for a stock Z hood plus enough money that you would come out ahead on your sale? Looks like you know much more about modifications than I do. won't get my car to your level but the hood would be another step in the right direction. There are similar hoods but none seem quite as nice-(or expensive).
Seems like a you're fairly plugged in to the community so if not I would appreciate it if you passed on any knowledge of someone else who may be selling this item. Thank you- George

The time has come to list my car unfortunately...Im relocating out of state. Car is well taken care of and running strong. Just about everyone that buys a ZRz does the basic mods that run to over 5k... this has over $20k in mods....A lot of people know this car and can vouche for it.

hello. I had actually inquired if the hood was still for sale. I noted the advertisement was a little old. It's funny sometimes on the forum it seems that the advertising that comes from another good inquired about the item for sale. So I wish I had one too I haven't seen any for sale. I contacted whole text a while back and they weren't making any. I liked the GT2Z and it seems like it only went on perhaps one car. This was the hood that also had the window (in addition to the induction vent). Recently the most similar hood to that I have seen has become available. I can't recall the name of the manufacturer at this time. I took a picture of it on my cell phone. Let me see if I'm smart enough to post an image for you. Thanks – George
