Bad time of the year I guess, Not Sure. I feel like this is a fair price and can not see me reducing it anymore. As for me, the sacrifices we do for our kids. I don't need sell it. But, I can't see keeping something like this when my children need assistance to survive in this economy.

Sorry about the rant. But YES, We owned the"The Dog House" on Mercury Blvd in Hampton, VA and was put out of business when our lease was up and property was sold to the "Carolina Cook-Out". City Counsel approved every thing prior to the sale. Witch by way was kept secret and never posted on the MLS or posted For sale. Its called a pocket sale and illegal in most states. My wife and I owned the business and our oldest Daughter and youngest Son managed the business and was doing very well. So, Now that its gone I feel like it's my responsibility to help them out as much as I can. That is why I am selling my 427.
