He is trying to help you. Everyone is trying to help you. If you don't want to listen that's fine. Be stubborn and foolish if you want.

Serious question, what Credit Union/Bank is going to offer that low of an interest rate on such an old car? Even with a great credit score, I wouldn't think it's possible. If it really is 5%, that's a helluva deal.

My credit union runs 3.25 up to 60 months, 3.75 out to 72 months for anything within 10 years old. They add 1 point if it's older than 10. I could see a 4% rate possible with a 4 year on a 10 year older car. Atleast that's for me, at my CU. Seems more than possible(actually I thought 5 was a bit high IMO).

Letting your insurance company know about the damage when you are getting coverage on the vehicle would not go on a carfax report. If there was an insurance claim made on the damage for them to fix it, it would go on a carfax report.

You can't buy a damaged car, get insurance on it, and claim the damage that you bought the car with. Not legally anyways, that would be considered insurance fraud...

2- Don't try to misrepresent to a future buyer that the car was never damaged.
3- Don't talk crap to people on the internet.
4- Mods do have some value.
5- End and lock this POS thread...

He already "bought/is buying" his c6z. It was a 110k mi black one for $29k in TX. Don't know what he negotiated it down to but that's the one he went after.
If you look at his previous topics and threads... lots of good reads regarding his life and how much money he spends, etc. He's living off credit. See how far he gets...

Did you not read that in his situation it makes sense to have a note on his vehicle(s)?
