2006 Z06 *Rebuilt Title* * $28k *
Vehicle Information
2006 Z06 2LZ
Velocity Yellow
52,XXX Miles & climbing
Blootooth Streaming Nav/Radio
Callaway Intake & ( New ) Michelin Pilot Sport Tires
Other than the two modifications listed above the car is bone stock
The car is absolutely phenomenal and drives that way too.
This car was deemed a flood vehicle at roughly 30k miles by the insurance company, and the history reflects this fact as well.
As you can see by the indicated milage, 22k+ miles have ellapsed, without any type of hickups or electrical gremlins of any sort.
No lights, no funny noises, nothing of that sort.
I can get pictures, videos, whatever the potential buyer may want.
* Price Update * 12/03/2014
Asking $28,000.00, and I'm as firm as it gets.
Let me know what you guys think

The rule of thumb I followed when buying, was to check for any sort of water lines on the interior. Any type of water damage on the seats, and foul smell. With that being said, the car does not smell any different than the 07 Z that I had 4 years back, and that car was a clear title one owner vehicle. In addition, I could not locate any sort of water lines or signs of water damage.

I think you might have a hard time getting that much for a repaired flood car. There was this rebuilt salvage Z with less than half the miles that sold for $28K: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-Chevrolet-Corvette-Z06-Coupe-2-Door-7-0L-/161397413034?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&forcerrptr=true&hash=item25940914aa&item=161397413034&nma=true&si=enCw0faDpM97SxY93aH4w8Gh7z8%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 With that said, will you consider part trades seeing that no bank will finance that car?

As afore mentioned, I'm not really too pressed on selling the car in the first place. If someone were to offer somewhere within the 28-30k range, I'd probably let it go. I don't think that I would go under 28..
With that being said, the car is actually financed through my University Credit Union.

Really not looking to trade however. I do appreciate the offer!!
God bless

Just my opinion.... Thats too low !
Im in the same boat and would not ever go that low.
Bad title, a really minor hit from the rear while parked, i have pictures...
After i purchased it, i did the heads, cam, ported intake, kooks headers, borla exhaust...
I honestly would never go under 35k and I probably wouldnt do that either...
Thats just me...
I did consider trading for a clean Z51 Cammed with a SuperVettes Body kit...
The difference from the Z06 to the Z51 was amazingly huge... I changed my mind very quickly...

i bought mine with the title bad, i did not have to do 1 thing to it to get it registered as a normal car. No extra inspections or anything.
also to note... LOL...
I bought mine from Ebay from CA shipped to NY...
I was scared as crap... But ebay assured me if anything was not as described i get 100% money back.
Car was solid when it came... a few months later the head issue scared me and i got them done along with the rest of the work...

I was told by our bmv I would need an inspection to get a car titled in ohio with a rebuilt title. Maybe we have different laws or maybe I was told wrong. I really don't know that answer.

I went to the Sec Of State, provided them with the Rebuilt CA title, they gave me the , and it was registered!
Simple as that.
Oh to note, I do have the full inspection report from the CA DMV for this vehicle as well if anyone would need it.

Mine is rebuilt as well (non-frame damage wreck). Bought in AZ (no prob registering) then moved to MD (passed MD inspection, no prob registering). $30-31k is a great price, if the heads were done you could ask for more. GLWS!

If you get that kind of money for your car take it right away.. Don't wait take it. Any close take that also. All you need to do is look at prices for vettes to know the value and think what the buyer will be thinkng

Either way, I wouldn't mind keeping her if that's the case
