Default FS: 2009 Cyber Grey Z06 Katech built #56

***This is not my car*** I am posting this car for a friend who is also a member on this forum: Don T.

I know everything about this car as much as I know my own Z06. Don is a good friend of mine and he entrusts me to handle all maintenance/detailing/suspension dailing to keep this beast in tip top shape. Car is located in Charlotte, NC.

Car is:
2009 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 1LZ with 21,200 miles.

Mods to date include the following
:
Kooks 1 3/4" SS headers
Corsa Sport Exhaust
HRE 565R wheels with polished lip and dark grey centers [18x10 | 19X12]
RPI Designs fiberglass sideskirts painted CG
Katech fiberglass rear spoiler painted CG
And below....

Car was sent with original LS7 427 to Katech for stage 1 in July 2012 which included the following:
Katech Torquer 110 LS7 camshaft
C5-R timing chain
High lift valve springs
Katech Titanium retainers
Halltech MF103 intake with beehive
Katech billet belt tensioner
Katech valve covers, gray powdercoat
Katech Performance logo insert
MSD wires
Caravaggio Hand-stitching steering wheel with flat bottom
Caravaggio Hand stitched parking brake boot and ****
Caravaggio Hand stitched shifter boot and ****
Caravaggio Hand stitched center console lid
Caravaggio race seats
Pfadt Featherlight single adjustable coil-overs
Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires [285/30-18 | 345/30-19]
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-delivery.html

On July 2014, #56 was sent back to Katech for a refresh of the following:
Ti/Mo Intake Valves and Ti/Mo Exhaust Valves
Bronze Guides
New springs
LS9X Clutch
Katech remote clutch bleeder
Katech fiberglass front splitter painted CG
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ck-attack.html

Car is adult driven and maintained like a newborn baby. I have personally done all detailing, oil changes, and suspension dailing on this car as I do with my own personal C6Z06. This car is very fast and very enjoyable to drive. Everything on this car is bulletproof from the heads to the clutch.

Please do not PM me as I am just posting the thread and details of this car. If you are serious about this car, please contact forum member: Don T.
Don T. info: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...67-don-t-.html

Don T. can also be reach at the following number for calls and/or text: Seven Zero Four - Six Four One - Three Eight Six Zero

Price: SOLD!!!

Some pics by me. This car photographs very well as you can tell.

very careful were i go, I have areas were I cruise and I know we're I can get in and out of. This car does not go anywhere I'm not 100% sure I can not get trapped. Never rained on.. never drive below 40 degrees. This Z is like others who have owned this cars. MY baby.. PS..Jason Harding can make many things happen, as in he was able to get Mr Bob Lutz along with Andy Pilgram and Johnny O'connell to sign my fuse box!( At track attack 2012) If i say so myself it looks KILLER!!!! Jason had the box clear coated and after two years still looks like it was singed yesterday.

I can also vouch for Don. I purchased his 96 Camaro sight unseen back in 2010. The transaction was flawless and Don was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I wired him the money and the car was picked up by the transport company. When it arrived, it was exactly as Don had represented it as, if not better.

Don - why are you selling!? Hope all is well with you and some day I'll connect up with you when I am in Ballantyne visiting my brother

Painfull, but i allways said that my Cars would never get in the way of college with my kids. Well, my middle daughter(i have 3 girls) (WHEW) has been accepted to Johnson & Wales university. Culinary Arts at its best. And ouch expensive. Add to that my oldest is attending UNCC here in charlotte, well-you get the idea. Thank you so much for your kind words. I want to find someone who will appreciate this Z. I spent the money and KATECH took care of everything. This car is 100% flawless inside and out. its not easy to part with another car i have spent time and $ to make special. But MY dad gave everything to get his kids threw school. Well again-you get the idea...

Beautiful car! GLWS! I live in the Ballantyne area and noticed a few of your pictures were taken in downtown Waxhaw. I sometimes eat at Maxwells just across the street there. Cool to see a member so close to home!

I am in the process of looking for a C6 Z06. Someone will be getting one heck of a car!
