2009 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 - 2LZ - Victory Red - With Warranty!
Very sad to do this, but need to sell my Z to help with a down payment on a house! I'm the 2nd owner and have absolutely loved the car... It is a beast, but if you're considering a Z06, you most likely already know that. 505 HP. 7.0 Liter V8. 1 of 624 Victory Red in 2009.
Only two mods to the car:
- OEM ZR1 mufflers replaced the Z06 ones (sounds much better - do a quick search)
- 18/19" Volk TE37 Wheels in Black (red pinstripe is a vinyl which can be easily removed - this is optional and will not come at the listed price - see below)
Nothing else has ever been changed on the car... just exhaust/rims.
Last year, I had the car inspected for the well-know "valve guide issue", the valves were out of spec, so both Cylinder Head assemblies were fully replaced under GM warranty last summer (in July). The new parts (both cylinder heads/valves/everything) came with a 1 yr. unlimited miles warranty on it (expires in July). In total it was $6K in warranty work, and I've only put on about 1K miles since they were replaced! If you've done research on this car, you know that this SAVES YOU $2-3K in cost of replacing valves.
Details:
- Clean Carfax & Autocheck report
- 44,xxx original miles
- Victory Red over black leather
- 2LZ equipment package (HUD, Bose, Nav, Heated seats, etc - basically everything except full leather)
- Excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition with no issues (and most frequently discussed parts are under a GM warranty)
- Never tracked, raced, or launched (seriously it was babied).
- Interior is very clean
- No Accidents - All original paint & body
- Paint is in immaculate shape aside from a few small rock chips.. the clear coat is very healthy and is as smooth as glass.
- Stored indoors during winter months
Price - $41,900 OBO (comes with OEM Silver Split 5 Spokes)
+$1,500 for the Volks (pictured)
Serious inquiries only please. Message me with your contact info for more details, documentation, and/or higher quality pics. I will consider serious and reasonable cash offers.

Beautiful car, a year ago I would have been all over this thing since I was looking for a local 09+ VR Z. And you even took care of the heads.
This shouldn't last very long.

Tire situation is the OEM tires (GY Eagle F1 Supercar) mounted on the Volks (Volks are the same size as OEM).
Plenty of tread over 50% at least on fronts and rears

Got a couple interesting trade/offers, but looking for outright sale mostly.
If you have a trade, I'm only interested if $35K+ is cash (this can mean parts too)
Trade In on my car via KBB, Edmunds, and NADA is $39.5-41K, so I'm pricing about at the trade-in value. Doesn't take into account my warranty + new valves which is about a $2-3K value at least.

You would do well to get $39.5 from the dealer for an '09 with 44,000 miles on the clock. I would take that deal in a heartbeat.
Just went through the process of selling my '09 Z06 with 40,000 miles so I have a pretty good feel for the market right now.

Just as an FYI - have had a few inquiries on the wheels. I'm only selling them at $1.5 to a buyer of my car. Will not sell for anywhere close to that if whoever buys the car ends up not wanting them (they were purchased new for $4K and have barely any use ~2k miles)

Thanks everyone! It will be a very sad day, once she is gone.
Not sold yet, but have a forum member who is very serious and is making final arrangements. I will update if it officially becomes pending and his travel is booked.
