A new 2016 Z06 is on the way, so This Velocity Yellow Z06 has to go. This Corvette was purchased new in 2007 with 10 miles on the odometer. It now has just over 36k one owner adult driven miles. It has been lovingly maintained and cared for by a long time Corvette enthusiast. This car was ordered with the 2LZ package that has every factory option available... It is LOADED! The car is still covered under the Easy Care warranty until 10/2015. It may be transferred and renewed at any time prior to the expiration date. It has a small $100 deductible. Under this warranty, the car had a complete engine replacement due to a factory acknowledged valve train issue. The complete motor was replaced on 2/2013 with 23,000 miles (Including all components except the fuel injectors) at Bommarito Chevrolet. Although exhibiting only minor wear, the clutch and pressure plate were also replaced with new GM components. This was a factory acknowledged issue that impacted several of the 2007 Z06 Corvettes. If you are looking at other cars of this year, and they have not had the warranty replacement, keep in mind it could be a very expensive fix down the road. The dealer charge for the replacement was nearly $19,000. The new motor has just over 13,000 miles on it, and it runs and performs perfectly!
