Drifting
I've owned 3 s2k's, my 3rd one having 540whp turbo. The corvette is a totally different car. Things I like; more room and torque. It's a blast to drive on the highway. Things I miss from my s2k handling and all around fun driving the car.
I personally would go with a s2k with a kraftworks s/c or a ls7 swap if I get another s2k.

Alot of cars can be a super car with enough money put into it. Out of the box, a z06 is an excellent car. Definitely best for the money.

Maybe u need to try a 50 ..50 weighted z06 for having fun handling....i think you wiuld not get another s2000...theres a diff between a c6 with 135 extra pounds loaded in the front to a lightened z06..

If the car doesn't sell this fall it is definately getting some upgrades. Coilovers, battery relocation, catch can, new Bluetooth stereo.
Wanna let me drive your z06 for comparison

Deal fell thru. Car is still for sale!!!
I pulled the car out of storage. I will be going thru and fixing and modding things still. I will continue to update in this thread. I'm going to drive enjoy the car while I have it, but ultimately I'm trying to sell for a new Tacoma or Colorado.
Starting by changing fluids; clutch and brake fluid with ATE superblue. Also oil change. Car has 74,220 miles right now.
Mods to come: new headlight lenses, 160 thermostat, battery relocation, new head unit, venting hood.

Stock rear end. Not sure psi of blower, I'll put an email in to my tuner.
I took some pics on my go pro and a vid the other day. Will upload them soon. Here is a bad cell phone pic tho after a fresh wash. I will put a coat of wax on soon also when it warms up.

awesome write up... stock rear should be fine with street tires... you will just never hook so all the torque wont hit the differential... if you slap on drag radials... there will be an issue... this is a super sweet deal very cool car GLWS
