Default FS: 2012 Centennial ZO6 & 3LZ,Carbon Fiber Pkg

2012 Centennial ZO6 is fully loaded. 3LZ Premium Equipment Group, Centennial Special Collectors Edition, ZO6 Carbon Fiber Package, and Battery Protection Package all from Chevrolet. Caron Flash Metallic Color with Micro Suede leather Interior (Red Stitching). This car per the Black Book is 2.4% of production. Has all options except ZO7 Package.
Includes: All factory ZO6 Mechanical 7.0 Liter LS7 engine, 6 Speed manual transmission, all coolers, 6 way pwr seats, Heads Up Display, XM Radio, Sport Seats Pwr Lumbar & Bolster Adjusters, Magnetic Ride Suspension, Heated Seats, Tilt and Tele. Leather Wrapped Strg., DVD and NAV System with AM/FM/CD Player, Bose Premium 9 Speakers Audio, Bluetooth, ZR1 Carbon fenders, side skirts, and Rear Spoiler, Cup Alloy Wheels w/ 19's Front and 20's Rear w/ Michelin AS 335's rear all direct from the factory. Less than 8900 miles on car. This Corvette had an MSRP Sticker for $94,360 about 3 years ago. The car still has GM 5 year/100,000 mile Power Train Warranty. I am asking $56,900 or Best Offer only because of a Ding in Rt/Rr Side of Frame just forward at wheel area, causing a slavage title. This car has never been raced and is in excellent condition everywhere. Garaged the complete ownership. I have pictures, for $56,900 this Special ZO6 is a Great Value! More information about "ding" on the frame might be helpful. What were the circumstances? Anything else damaged/replaced?

Default Frame Pics

The ding was caused by a minor accident at 25-30 mph. A BMW submarined into the front of the right rear wheel well. Affecting the wheel, tire, plastic inner-fender, bumperette, knuckle, and frame. All were replaced except the ding on the frame. The minor ding is not a structural issue, nor is it visible until the car is hoisted up and the inner fender skirt & brake cooling duct are removed. This car has been garaged for over 3 years in Californiaand never driven in the rain.

All Centennials came with Carbon Ceramic brakes.

Any idea why there were replaced with steel rotors pictured?

No, the only Centennial that came with ceramic brakes was the Zr1.

just looked it up, it was an OPTION, unlike the 2011 Carbon Edition, which was standard.

Wow you are correct. That's what I love about this forum. That has to be one rare z06. Do you know how many were produced with that option.

window sticker shows carbon ceramics, but the actual car pics reveal the smaller, more aligned crossed drilled steel rotors...

carbon ceramics are darker in color, bigger and have a lot more random cross drilling than those shown in the pics...just saying.

You can see the ding in the frame in the other pictures posted. The frame is barely a dent. The wheel swung around on the knuckle and impacted. All parts were professionally replaced. Thanks for your inquiry.
