2011 Grand Sport coupe M6 in NC
Been thinking of backing up to a C5 FRC or Z06, in my eyes this car is just too nice, and a little pricey to do the amount of track days I want to do in the future. On top of that, company downsizing has me making a career change, so I think letting this go may be the smart move.
So up for sale...
2011 Grand Sport coupe
Blade Silver/Ebony
manual transmission
1LT option pack (no nav or bluetooth, but does have XM and OnStar)
Airraid cai, SLP Powerflo axle back (also have a pair of loudmouth 2 mufflers that will go with it if the buyer wants them)
Car is in excellent shape other than some light water spots on the hood, a few really fine scratches that only show up at the perfect angle (see pic), and a little rash on one of the rear wheels (not sure how it happened, from previous owner)
The speakers were also swapped out by previous owner, but unfortunately this isn't a plus. It has Hertz 6.5 components in the doors, and 5.25 coax in the rear, however, that's all that was changed and the weak factory amp doesn't push them, so they sound kind of flat. I was gonna re do it all at some point, but since I don't drive it much, and usually ride with the radio off and windows down, I put it off and left it as is.
Car has 16517 miles on it
Note, I recently found out that the axle nut thing affects this car, I originally thought it was only the older C6s, so that should be updated. I torqued the nuts once earlier this year before doing a HyperDrive at VIR (that's the only track time it's seen as far as I know). Later bulletins said to replace them, I just haven't had the time to drive it much lately, much less work on it. Search the forum for info if you don't know about the issue, it's not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience.
I'm the 2nd owner, and have had the car for about 3.5 years (purchased as a GM Certified Pre Owned in July 2012). Oil changes with AC UPF48R and RedLine 5w30 since I bought it. No accidents on the Carfax when I got it, none since!
$34000

Bump...Just an FYI, I paid the loan off a few days ago, so the title will be in my hands in a week or so. Should make the transaction easier for anyone interested in buying!
