Wanting to Purchase 2011 to 13' ZR1
I am looking to purchase a 2011 to 2013 C6 ZR1 – 3ZR package. Cash (cashier/bank check really – who carries suitcases of cash) purchase. Your ZR1 must be a no story, no previous accident/issue vehicle. I cannot stress this enough – if the car has had any accidents or serious mechanical issues or repairs I am not interested. If you have the front suspension vibration issue (rotors) – you should have taken care of this by now under warranty.
Paint code 28U/inferno orange would be my 1st choice and white is my last choice. The car must have less than 10,000 miles on it.
If you are asking over $75K for your car – I will pass.
I’m located in Central Virginia and would be inspecting any prospective purchase.

Stiman - nice catch and price with under 5k miles. You're right though - to far away for a personal inspection. Thanks for the link.

I looked at one in Dallas for Kevin before he purchased this one. He was very thorough in his search for the perfect car, and I'm sure the car is amazing.

Thanks guys for the PM's on your ZR1's. The purpose of this email is to shake the bushes and get responses from guys that may not have posted their cars yet, but are thinking about it. All the cars that are posted for sale I have reviewed – here, ebay and the world wide web. The ones that I am interested in I have reached out to.
I'm planning on inspecting several in the next couple weeks. So, if there are others please connect with me.
There are some nice candidates in the $65-72K range - re: 11' to 13' year model.
Thanks (Virginia, USA)

Thanks - I saw that. Wish it was closer for an inspection. I'm sure they would move on the price to clear a space on the lot....

Hello you all -- I would like to inspect several ZR1's shortly. Serious buyer here and this will be a no loan/cash in hand buy. I will likely buy one in the next 1-3 weeks - so if you have a pristine, no story, perfect running car -- please reach out to me. I prefer stock cars. The ownership history is also important. If the car has been thru a multitude of owners, corporate leases or seen the dealership to take of repetitive/problem areas - not interested. -- Central Virginia

I'm in Richmond, VA.
There's several colors that I like - I am not limiting myself to one. I'm going to make a couple phone calls this weekend and start setting up inspections. There's about 4-5 ZR1's in the area (I consider 2-300 miles local) that I'll try to look at ---

I know you did - from Peter IIRC - N. Carolina.
When I emailed him about any issues regarding vibrations misc, - never really got an answer on that besides a weirdly written sentence that said the car has no "injuries".... who uses that word regarding cars.

He claims it's the tires in cold weather, we'll see once spring arrives here in Michigan, if not then I'll fix it, I bought it for a good price so still worth the price of admission for the color and miles. Peter is "unique." LOL!

Weekend bump -
Found a clean inferno orange on the far west coast, but unfortunately too far away and mileage was over 20k.
Thanks for all the PM's - I have ruled out the colors: yellow, white, black & blue.
I would request private messages versus public forum posts -- Thanks again.
