Did the Carbon Edition automatically come with the Z07 option? I see that it has the carbon ceramic brakes on it.

Yes, from wiki: The car will be available in two colors: Inferno Orange and an all-new Supersonic Blue. On the exterior, the car will get black headlamps and mirrors, a ZR1-style spoiler, carbon fiber hood, and black carbon fiber rockers and splitter. Inside, the Z06 Carbon has ebony leather and suede seats with body color-matching stitching. Other improvements include Magnetic Selective Ride Control, a special carbon engine cover, 20-spoke black 19-inch front/20-inch rear wheels, and ZR1’s carbon ceramic Brembo brakes.[

..and who said a ZR-1 was a "better car" than this CE? I had a choice, and I would make the same choice again

GM also produced fewer Carbons than ZR1's, supply and demand determines price...economics 101

The market did. More 2011 ZR1s were sold than CEs and Z07 Z06s, despite the higher price of the ZR1. They couldn't even sell all 500 CEs they planned for!

I understand your preference, and neither agree nor disagree with it. But your opinion does not a consensus make.

Now your just being silly - Harley Davidson probably sells more motorcycles than Suzuki - does that mean HD make "better" motorcycles? Not hardly.

More is not always better, especially in the case of ZR-1 vs. Z07.

Ah yes, your right. I see now. I was being silly. Thanks for pointing that out. It is clear to me that the only opinion that matters is that of Dan_the_C5_Man, and not the thousands of other consumers.
