SOLD - 2006 Corvette Z06 2LZ Lemans Blue with 62,000 miles for sale
SOLD!!
Hello Corvette Forum. It is time to sell my Z06 that I have enjoyed over the past 4 years. I have owned Corvettes for the last 8 years. I previously owned a C5Z that I sold on here many years back. I also purchased my C6Z from here as well.
2006 Corvette Z06 2LZ package with 62,100 miles. I had it dynoed and it put down 468rwhp and 429rwtrq. Car has never seen the track or the strip. I have always used Nitto Invos on this car.
I also had some motor work done to it not to long ago. The mains weren't that great. The shop who did the work found small pieces of metal in the oil pick-up screen which looked like soft metal from the factory guides off the stock heads they said. They mentioned that when the other shop did my head work they probably dropped small metal pieces down into the motor and didn't know it or knew it and were lazy to get it out. 8k miles later this ended up causing my low oil pressure ad wiped out my mains. Long story short the whole engine got refreshed with new stuff. The new shop also checked the heads to make sure everything was good and they said they looked great. It must have been some factory crap that broke off and fell down into the engine. So the new fresh motor has around 400 miles on it now along with the new clutch. I drive it on the weekends still. It now sits at 62,100 miles. The car had 61,650 when I got it back from the shop. Here is a receipt of the work below that was done. Now if this scares some people away I can understand, but at least you know the motor is fresh and has strong oil pressure. Cold starts it is 70 psi, operating temp at idle is low to mid 30's psi. Cruising is around mid 40's to low 50's. I have also reduced the price to $32,000
If you want to know the shops who worked on my car please PM me and I will tell you. I was also recommended on here to the first shop who did my heads. Lets say I will never go back to them

-Heads have been fixed 10k miles ago. (Have paper work)
-Cold Air Intake - Halltech MF103.
-Deleted mufflers with stock tips. (I just got the exhaust tips fixed. They are no longer crooked. Picture below)
-Kenwood aftermarket headunit along with Arc Audio Comps and coaxial rears.
-Has reverse cam.
-New stock LS7 clutch just put in. Not even 100 miles on it yet.
-Powdercoated black factory Speedline wheels.
-Black tail lights and side markers.
-Updated radio bezel 08+
-Z06 mats.
Exterior 8/10
-Paint is good. Just had it detailed to remove most of the swirl marks.
-There are some minor rock chips from daily driving over the past 4 years. I have filled most of the ones in with touch up paint that I purchased from the dealership.
-Driver side headlight lens is hazing from age.
-Passenger side headlight was replaced due to someone backing into the headlight and cracking it at the store.
-Nittos Invos 275 front (about 70%) and 345 rears (about 30%). Probably need to be replaced in 5k miles.
Interior 8/10
-Black with Red bolsters.
-Small wear on driver side seat.
-Driver side heated seat does not work. Was like this when I first got it. Could be a blown fuse. Never used it as I live in Houston. Passenger side works perfectly fine.
Car drives great. I still have a 3rd party warranty on it till December that can be transferred over for $50. It was a 4 year or 48,000 miles bumper to bumper. Vin number is 1G1YY26E765109067
I am asking $32,000.
