08 Z06 Jetstream Blue w/ Lingenfelter Fixed/Ported Heads
It has come time to part ways with one of my dream cars. This thing is an incredible machine. It's sitting right at 43,000 miles, garage kept since I have owned it. I have meticulously maintained this car always keeping it waxed and using Amsoil Dominator every oil change. I also have the original window sticker for the car, both sets of keys, all the nav discs and manuals, the original owners manual, along with previous receipts of head work and other maintenance related things. I installed a new serpentine belt back in May with an oem AC Delco belt. As of Tuesday (11/15) I installed a new cabin air filter along with new hood struts being as they were getting pretty soft. I performed the low beam headlamp recall on it in September. I installed a 160 degree thermostat, new TR6 spark plugs and did a coolant flush when the tune was done about 1,000 miles ago, and I had my tuner turn off skip shift as well.
This car has Lingenfelter cylinder heads with all new Ferrea stainless exhaust valves and titanium intake valves with upgraded guides. The heads got a very light mill to clean them up before they were installed. Head gaskets were also replaced when the heads were swapped about 1,000 miles ago or so
The car has the full Katech Carbon Fiber Kit including the front lip, side skirts, and the raised rear wing. It has a Callaway cold air intake and gutted cats with a Mild 2 Wild switch wired in beside the console. It was dyno tuned by Rich Kolb of BES (Bischoff Engine Service). It made 506/468 at the tire on a superflo dyno. This thing rips.
It is a 2LZ with Navigation, it has the following Carbon Edition pieces: Alcaterra steering wheel, shift ****, shift **** boot, e-brake handle, e-brake handle boot. It also has the Zr1 center bezel. Previous owner installed these items along with blue faced gauges and a raised center console. It has Lloyd floor mats and trunk mat outlined in blue
This car is an absolute blast to drive and is definitely a head-turner everywhere I take it and normally is a conversation starter at a cruise in or gas pump. It is still an 8 year old car so it has a few rock chips here and there in the known Z06 locations but all have been touched up with GM factory touch up paint. The front lip has a couple rash spots from the first owner but still looks good and shines up very nice.
I do not have to sell this car but I have bigger plans come spring so this needs to go. I am asking $38,000 but for serious buyers there is definitely room for negotiation. This car is ready to go to California and back if it has to with hot heat and ice cold ac, everything works on the car as it should.
