I would say "some", not a huge difference but it cut down on the tunnel heat a lot. When I lived in Texas, stop and go traffic was painful and the tunnel got very got. After the DynaMat it was much better.

Thanks, me to. I had a DSOM coupe that drowned in Katrina. Took me almost a year to find this one. Hate to see it go, but the honest answer is this car should be owned by someone who will drive it much more than I've been able to the last few years.

love the color. nice ride. did this model year have engine issues? I usually see the question of "have the heads been addressed" when looking at c6z

The issues with the Z06s seem to be confined to the 08-11 model years. That being said, the heads have been checked and no issues were found. I have the report somewhere but I would have to dig it up. The car was in storage with my parents when I was stationed in Japan, so some of the paperwork may have gotten lost in the shuffle.

Awhile back I was getting a check engine light for "Excessive hydrocarbon in intake". Local dealer couldn't figure it out so a technician with Corvette was flown in (Omaha at the time). He determined that the oil was overfilled and "burped" into the intake. While he had the car tore apart I had him check the heads, no issues were found. I've installed a dry sump breather filter to eliminate the "burping" problem.

To be fair, the engine issues were from all year LS7s including 06-13 Vettes and Z28 Camaros. It didn't affect all engines during those years, however.

I'm in St. Louis and don't know the OP in case someone wants a neutral 3rd party to inspect it. GLWS

If someone is interested in the car, I'm happy to take it to Tech for an additional verification.

Thanks for the offer.
