2008 Black Z06 - CA
As they say... my loss is your gain. Up for sale is my 2008 Corvette Z06 2LZ at 44K asking price. I purchased this vehicle to be my personal "project car". Due to relocating for work, I simply don't have the time to finish my vision. I have owned the vehicle for about 13 months and purchased it 100 percent stock with basic ware. In the small time I have owned this amazing piece of machinery I completed everything leading up to my next phase, which as stated, I just don't have time for anymore.
I have tried to list everything I have done, and I have receipts for almost everything. That said, here's what I can remember:
Exterior Visual Mods:
- New headlamps w/ new bulbs: $1,200
- Full LED conversion (interior and exterior): $200
- LED "Switchbacks" DRLs with harness: $250
- Matching HID Fog Lamps: $100
- Blacked out side markers (front and back): $200
- Blacked out acrylic Tail Lamp covers: $75
- Gloss black powder coat to stock spider wheels: $500
- Blacked out stock rotors
- Carbon fiber emblem overlays
- Paint correction (roof, hood, both rear wide-body panels): $1,100
- Replaced faded moldings (cowl, doors, rear hatch): $500
Interior Mods:
- Centennial alcantara interior components - Steering wheel, center console, shifter, shifter boot, e-brake, e-brake boot, L&R door panels: $3,000
- New Lloyd Corvette Flag mats: $110
- 3M ColorStable limo tint: $350
- Stereo upgrade - Kenwood DDX9903S double din, 12" Alpine sub in custom box, Alpine amp, reverse cam: $1,400
Performance Mods:
- 4 NEW Bridgestone Potenza RE55 tires (about 500 miles old, replaced 6 months ago, still under warranty): $1,800
- B&B Fusion Gen 3 Extreme exhaust: $2,200
- Wild to mild remote switch: $75
Because these cars are so impressive in stock form, I tried to start by correcting all the things "wrong" with the C6 Corvettes. That list ended at a little over 12K for the parts I can remember. Some maintenance from age, some upgrades to improve. For almost everything removed I have the stock parts, so the potential buyer can have that too. Also, recently the car had $2,200 in recall work completed as part of a GM "fuel smell" issue. All and all the exterior is in almost showroom quality. As for the interior, the only sign of ware is on the seats, otherwise almost everything you touch and feel has been replaced.
This car can easily be left as is, or can easily be ready for a "build" as that's all it needs. Either way, it's an amazing vehicle, and the next owner will have something amazing to start with. And just to help, I outlined some common questions some potential buyers might have:
- How many miles does it have? 44K
- Is the clutch good? Yup!
- Has it ever been in a accident? Nope!
- Is it as sexy in person as it is in the pictures? Even sexier!
- Does it have any mechanical issues? Nope!
- Does it go fast? Umm... that all depends on what you consider fast. Jk! Hell yes it goes fast! Murica'
- It is the batmobile? That cannot be confirmed or denied
- What are you buying next? Well that's a secret... Jk! I'm not sure yet.
- Where is the car located? In a garage at a top secret location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
- Are you open for trades? Yes, as long as the trade is CASH or a check from a bank.
- Will you take a low offer? LMAO... Please save both of us the time. You're already getting a deal.
- Do you need help selling the vehicle? Nope!

The 3LZ package included leather dash. I have an 08 3LZ with leather dash. Very nice car though.
