We make them in 90,95,100 in DBY & Cable and 105,110, & 115 in cable only for monster builds, The 105 & larger are for the Beck sheetmetal intakes only.

Our 90mm outflows a ported stock 90 by over 35 cfm at WOT. For C6 applications you will need a doner LS1/LS6 TB to swap the TPS & acuator motor from & we offer a harness adaptor (plug & splice) for the C6's.

The 90 or 95 are great for a LS2/3 or FAST 90/92....all can be opened up to the 95mm no problem & still retain the O-ring, for the 100 you need to make your own gasket as the porting gets into the O-ring grove.

Our billet fuel rails are the nicest on the market as well.

Hope its a big bucket of popcorn you have there. Motor is being pulled and hitting the machine shop. New forged internals are being put in, and since the motor will be stripped, gonna go ahead and put in a cam. Middle of next week is the projected pickup day.

Default #7 failure

Do you know what caused the failure? I also have an FI 07 which has been fine. Also, since it is an 07, it is unlikely that it was worn out or a factory flaw. Without knowing more, I would suspect that the #7 cylinder went lean. This happened to me once on a boat motor before we had computer controlled everything and I could only tell from the plug readings.

Oh well, good time to rebuild with forged pistons. Why not a 402 at the same time?

You have a lot of neat bolt on that should make over 600 rwhp next time around.

The car was running pig rich on the graphs/computer. Saw a couple threads on here about other FI motors losing cylinder #7.

Trying to keep the build amount down. Im trying to keep around or litle above 600 because of the stock tranny. Im waiting to find a good built auto 6spd before swapping out.

So far the build consist of following boltons.

Procharger D1, 42lb injectors, FAST90, RevXtreme 90mm t/b, RevXtreme billet fuel rails, Dynatech 1 7/8" LT's, Magnaflow 3" catback (no cats), DMH-cutouts, 3200 T/C w/tranny cooler RevXtreme catch can.
