Default SC and what else

I have a 2005 C6 6speed and thinking about getting a SC from A&A.
As it is now my car is stuck with no modifications, if adding a SC what other items is needed and are they need to have or just nice to have?

Nope... Nothing else is needed.

There are a lot of other "nice to have's," but you can always add those as you go.

Depends on your budget. Headers, good exhaust system, and a smaller sc pulley can add some real hp.

Yep would like headers and a exhaust system as well but it will blow my budget since there also is an expense for installing all of it and a tune afterwards.

So am still a bit in doubt if I should just get the SC, or get headers, exhaust system a Vararam and maybe a few other things instead and then wait some month with the SC

A&A will send you everything you need to completely install the blower on your bone stock car. No other supporting mods are needed. I also have a bone stock car with just the A&A kit and a catback on it and my car runs like a monster. If you want headers or something else and are serious about it, you may want to buy them and have them installed at the same time so you only need to have your car tuned once. I'm regretting not getting headers and a cam because now I have to uninstall the whole blower kit to put in the cam and headers and also be retuned.

Oh, and if you want real power and cant get the other small mods like me then check out my dyno chart from my completely stock LS2 mn6 with only the blower and a B&B bullet exhaust.

That is quite impressive numbers, how much did the install of the SC cost or did you do it your self?

You gotta be kidding me!! That's absolutely ridiculous!

It's less than 20 hours of labour... You would save money driving out of state and having it done.

I agree they get about 90-100 hr I guess. The part that scares me is how much will I have to go back after the install.

shouldn't be much if the work is any good... Centri's at under 8lbs boost are pretty gentle. Lots of folks with lots of trouble-free miles with them.

Heat issues aside ( which you wont have with the A&A kit ) it should be pretty "set it and forget it " at about 6lbs
