850rwhp is my guess assuming plenty of meth. That will be a stout combo!

My buddy made 780WHP with a similar setup, but his was an LS6 with LS1 heads.
I'm guessing right around 800WHP... Can't wait to see it

820 & 705 with more to be had if the head unit can push a little more air from 16-18 up to 20+ all this is provided you have the fuel system to back it up...
VERY excited for you...

my stock bottom + current setup "could" just break 800rw if I'd decide on a larger injector, were completely out of fuel with the current injectors, the fuel system I have is built for crazy power, but I never replaced the mototron 60's and they are the only weak link in my fuel setup... however I have my eye on some VERY neat new high z's for the task, just waiting on a little more R&D on them... I'd like to spend money on these just once

Hey GreekC6, first I want to say that I'm sorry to hear your stock engine let go; 2 months ago mine did as well. Your success on the stock block was one of the reasons I decided on an ECS kit, and more specifically the 2200. But on the bright side, I just finished forging my stock ci LS3 9:1 and my numbers with the restrictor in are 660hp/620tq. When we pulled the restrictor it easily hit 775hp/700tq but don't have a complete fuel system to support that kind of power... yet ALSO, these numbers are with a single nozzle meth kit (dual nozzle about to be installed)

I'll assume you should be able to EASILY hit those numbers with your higher compression ratio, ported heads, and a killer tune... my guess 840hp/750tq Good Luck!

My next round of upgrades will be done @ Dallas Performance so Taylor can do his thing...

Have you looked at the new Ford 80#'s out there? They are rated at 45lbs, so they are 90 somethings at our pressures. I do not have the specs in front of me, But I have a stock cube LS2 GTO without meth that has ran 9.45 @ 148 so far (60% throttle) and still have a bunch of duty cycle left to go.

Greg has our fuel system and a dual nozzle alky kit, so we should be just fine on the fuel supply!

At what approximate power range would a BAP + injectors max? I.e. at what point would a custom fuel system be necessary?

I have been looking around for 402 ci dyno results for an ECS kit with ECS blower cam. If anyone could point me the right direction it would be appreciated.

It would also be great to see the difference in dyno charts with and without a restrictor plate for a high HP build.

60lbs injectors are good for 850 i believe. not really sure about the bap. if u have anymore questions about what route to go give ecs a call and send u in the right direction

We generally restrict power by fuel requirements more then anything. A BAP and 60's can handle roughly 600-650 rwhp, but we will not take a car over 600 if it is ran on pump gas. Fuels are getting worse and worse every year I have been tuning, and most people would not want to blow up over a few more rwhp.

I will see if I can post up some 402 graphs next week, they start in the 800's.

btw, we do not use the restrictor plates for forged applications, no need unless we are slowing a car down for different index classes.
