Default **Davis W. 2010 GS Build at ETMC with Pics and Vid***

David called me a while back and we put together a build that he wanted for his new Grand Sport. he dropped off the car the other day and the build is on its way. David really wanted a Nice show car, not really caring so much for HUGE dyno numbers but just a nice build that's Very dependable, yet got him some great gains.

list of parts
Chrome TVS 2300
65lbs injectors
KB boost a pump
RTFP Harness
ETMC stage 1 FI cam kit
ETMC ported TB
ARH headers
magnaflow axleback
Lingenfelter SV4 hood
Alum FRC
all custom painted

here is a few pics of what we have done so far. as of right now we are still waiting on the 2300. but everything else is finished up except the painting.

What size blower pulley are you using and how much boost are you shooting for? Looks good (after pic 6 ......wondering why you had half LS3 springs and the other half non BHive). Bet the owner is going to be extremely happy

it was just showing the spring change half way trough. we take LOTS of pics..LOL...

we will be running stock boost. The owner isnt really shooting for high HP numbers, just dependable HP. He will drive the car alot to shows ans such.

With your cam and bolt ons, stock boost won't be much psi wise. Power should be good though. 5psi maybe? It should live long and be a lot of fun to drive

only making 6 psi, unlike the 2010 camaro kits the vette is under driven on the rear, where the camaro is 1:1 it will get 8-9 PSI this is only getting 6 psi but we are at 560 to the wheels right now with 6 PSI thats huge gains from 374 i think it was. almost 200 HP so far and only 6 psi and the rest of "our" goddies.

well finished up at 564 RWHP/509 TQ on 6-6.5 psi. so figure the rule of thumb on Maggies of 20-22 HP per PSI thats around 500 to the wheels just the blower, then the other bolts ons got us the rest! almost 200 RWHP gains off of 6 psi in the end! car runs strong, and will be a great DD car.( now watch David will call me and tell me to put a different pulley on her and get 8 psi out of hr and get the 600+ mark! LOL) in the beginning we thought we would be at 8 psi and was thinking 600 wheel, so 6 psi and 565 is pretty dang close. hey David want to put a different pulley on her???????????LOL
