Just curious why is a Procharger $1300 more, is it a brand name thing or am I missing some major quality issues with Vortec?

You could say its a brand thing but each manufacturer has a suggested retail price and with ProChargers long history in intercooled supercharging they feel their product is worth the price.

I will assume that the LS3 kit is the 1590 for $7k installed and that you are using the Edlebrock stock tune with that. How much to add a Dewitts, my car is an 08 F55 convertible, manual tranny. If my wife will let me I my roll over the last week in March, I have a week off and that would be a good reason to get the car out finally.....
I don't know if I can afford it, but somebody has to get this economy going....

Correct. The E-Force systems listed are 550hp systems. 600hp systems can be purchased at an additional cost. A DeWitts radiator for your application is $670.00

Say you have a z06 with forged pistons, custom grind cam, ss eXhaust valves etc AND A ysi gave you 840 RWHP what would a swap to a F1R Head unit do?

Both headunits are very good at making power but the F-1R does flow 400 more cfm than the YSi so you do have a little more room for power with the F-1R.
