We are working on a couple of options with the clutches, from the triple disc to a lightweight road race set up that's complete. However, even if they were available today we would not sell one over the counter until we had plenty of in house usage and were completely satisfied with it. I will definitely keep you posted on the outcome, thanks for asking.

Hey doug, how are the track manors of the clutch? I've been reading up on these and the McLeod rxt. I've seen some good things posted about the rxt and the drag strip and I'm wondering how you like the mantics since most of you drag race. I've never been into drag racing before, but I might start and I'm wondering if this would be a good street setup with occasional track duty. I plan on staying under 800whp. Thanks

Not sure.. its whatever y'all sold Shawn.. I just know this thing is super light and shifting at 7300 with a 345-35-18 Micky it would bog, not to mention i had to go from leaving around 5500 to 6300.. I switched to a 305-30-18 which was the shortest tire i could find and it helped, but its a bitch to get of the line now.. its either bog or spin and still bogs just a touch on shifts.. on a dead hook I went 135 on the 345 and have 60/30 more to the wheels then before.. before best was 136 without the extra HP or this clutch.. just going to the 305 tires i went 141 and that was bogging off the line..

Track manors are great, WOT shifting is smooth as can be too.

Which clutch did you have previously? The Mantic 9000 twin is 39.7 lbs total, which is lighter then stock, but not a feather weight. Your "135/136/141 you have listed there, is that 60' times of 1.35? Or MPH? Your losing me here..

Had a 11" single disc monster with a billet flywheel.. MPH!!! I picked up 6 MPH going to the shorter tire.. when the monster would half *** work it wouldn't bog the engine at all on shifts and i wasn't turning it near as high.. it still has a slight bog on shifts with the shorter tire, but they definitely helped..
I really do not have a good answer for you unfortunately, I have never had a clutch of any manufacturer bog WOT shifts, heavy or lightened. Not shift or dissengage correctly yes, but never bog the car down.
I assume the shifting itself is smooth and effortless like we see here with the Mantic at WOT?

Some Mantic road race results;
April 21st, 2012 - Millville, NJ: We here at East Coast Supercharging LLC. was proud to support our NASA Road Racers in their respective classes today at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The weather turned out to be fantastic, with one of the largest turnouts that we have seen in years.
Paul Plemenos, 2006 C6 Z06, debuted in the season opener in the NASA ST-1 class. This class is a very high paced class, with fast cars and rigorous competition. This class is based upon a Horsepower to Weight ratio of 5.5:1, and has additional weight penalties for tires, etc. Paul's brand new ECS built 427ci performed flawlessly, coupled with his new Mantic 9000+ Twin Series Clutch Kit, Pfadt Aggressor 2 Package, and ARH 1 7/8" Longtube Headers. The Thorne Valley Vineyards, sponsored team, did quite well this weekend placing 2nd in the ST-1 class earning Paul some new Hoosier shoes. Amongst gathering crucial data for suspension tuning and engine tuning, it was an overall great day for the TVV crew.
Benjamin Lesnak, 2001 C5 Corvette, debuted in the season opener in the NASA TTA class. Last year Ben was the TTB National Champion, so this year he stepped up to the TTA class to bring havoc to another set of drivers! The C5 Corvette needs to maintain a 8.7:1 overall Horsepower to Weight ratio, and is also restricted by tire/engine modifications. Ben was the fastest throughout practice, #1 qualifier, and then took home the victory in the TTA class earning himself some new shoes also. Ben is a hardcore racer, as you will see him toating his 8 tire trailer behind his Corvette, driving all over the country with his reliable, ECS built, 2001 Corvette featuring the new Mantic 7000+ Triple 7.25" disc setup.

So far, I'm enjoying my Mantic. Pedal pressure is appx 10% greater than stock. Very easy to drive and mostly silent like stock (every so often, a little twin disk rattle but very faint - speaking at normal volume is louder). I can't wait to have enough miles on it so I can wail on it.

I would order one if I could sell my LS9R clutch setup for a decent price. I want to try one out.
