I'm beginning to wonder if this blower is for real. I sent Magnuson an email asking about availability and they responded right away saying that I could contact them or one of their dealers. I then sent them back a few questions about whether I could get an installation manual in PDF, and if the kit included or needed a fuel pump upgrade for higher boost and if they were going to produce smaller pulleys and if so when. I haven't heard anything back from them and I can't find a single online vendor that lists this thing in their online catalogue.
I would have thought that if they are really producing this blower for retail now there would be some more information available and they could answer a few simple questions about the potential for upgrades in the future.

Hmm, weird, we have 4 in stock and a very good friend of mine, in California, took delivery of his last Friday. The kit doesn't come with a fuel pump upgrade at this time. We've spoken to them about smaller pulleys, they will be producing smaller pulleys but haven't given a time frame yet. Sorry I can't help with the manual.

Thanks man. That gives me some hope. Maybe by the time my car is broken in in a few months and I'm ready to buy one, there will be more info available. If it weren't for you posting this up on here, I wouldn't have known this kit existed.

I haven't heard anything. Nor can i find any vendors in the eastern or southern side of the US that has this unit in stock. In fact, if it wasn't for this thread, I would think there was a better chance of catching a unicorn.
The guy from Magnuson never came back to me with any if the questions that I asked, although I have I say that initially he responded very quickly to tell me the kit was available "through many of our dealers on the east coast". But, not even Summit Racing lists it on their website.
I guess I'll wait and see what happens with it, and if I'm ready to buy a TVS before too long, I'll just buy the E-Force.

Iam having the " heartbeat" put in next couple weeks mostly because of the tuner Iam using.Very respected Randy at DRM in waverly mn.Both are good products. I was looking at who will back it after the sale DRM fit the bill feel very confident they will make it shine. Will post more after I have some miles on it. 2008LS3 M6.I asked 3 months ago for the install manual to go over and Randy e-mailed to me it helped me decide and was upfront with me on all my questions. And your right maggie dropped the ball on getting imfo out to those of us that needed to know before we dropped our hard earned cash on this unit.

That's what I did. I looked at the Maggie and it just hasn't been out there long enough for me. Especially after talking to so many happy Eforce owners I felt better going with it. We also talked to Vic Edelbrock about it on our car, he's an avid Corvette guy BTW, and we couldn't be more pleased. We're long hauling on the Hot Rod Power Tour in a couple of weeks and I'm not one bit worried about how it will do. I may take a spare belt is all just in case. And it's just personal preference, but I like the look of the Eforce better. JMHO

Hey Thomasmoto
When i replyed to your thread i was week out to do just what you did and looked at the dealer reps up here for edelbrock and was not comfrontable with them. and called DRM and they had said they have put inabout 3 e-force units and said their customers were very happy with their choice. My choice is really only because of Randy at DRM. And said he is very confident it run as good as e-force.Both have been around a long time and DRM has put maggies in for about 30 years. And yes I agree the e-force has better lipstick under the hood than heartbeat. I just want my heart to beat fast after I install this thing. Good luck on your trip let me know how it performed

Those are Great LS3 numbers. What would the ~ RWP numbers be for this installed on a Z06 LS7 with just exhaust? Just trying to figure if I want to go this route or the ECS route.

Default A6

As of now our A6 has 36,000 miles onit at at least 569 rwhp its probably more now that the belt isn't slipping. We put the blower on it at 30,000 miles. The car actually has a total of 66,888 miles on it now. Knock on wood, no problems at all and it gets driven daily and raced often.
