I use the Gates Green HD belt. Number K080545HD. I am on an 8 rib and a DP direct drive. Also laser aligned.

My belt just began to shred on my 2200 that was installed by ECS with the 8-rib upgrade. I'm trying to figure out what caused the issue

So what belt is for the 1500 novi base kit with no upgraded pulley? Just want to get extra in case my belt breaks dont wanna be stranded. Whats the HD Gator green part#? TIA

See what belt size FSP puts on the car and get another in that size. I get my gates green belts from discount fleet supply. Take the normal gates number ( ie K060905) and add HD to the end and that'll give you the green belt number. I use a gate K060905HD on my car

I dont have car back yet. Was gonna buy them now so in case i blow the belt i have a few spare in trunk. So whatever belt cones with the base exs kit ill get that in hd. Thanks for your help

They don't make every length in HD so you may have to get one size up or down.
