Default Keep a clean fliter on!

You guys with ECS and A&A kits even the rest like Eforce!
Should have two air filters that you rotate and change each oil change.
I have a Paxton 1500sl so I do the blower oil also every 5-6 k.
So I put on a clean air filter and new engine oil and filter and then
fresh blower oil. Every 5-6 thousand miles.
The air filter gets really dirty and needs changed or cleaned due to vacuum action of blower even when idleing the extra air vents back out
through the blow-off valve.
The dirty filter can and does restrict power! I always have a fresh air filter to put on!

At how much a piece? Don't think anyone tosses them instead of cleaning them.

Heck ya! All the dust in the air just keeps a fresh hone on the cylinder walls.

NO! Just clean it with soap and water, no oiling necessary.

Mines been on awhile now,25,000miles, and I've lost 3 inches of vacuum at idle. Maybe the filter just needs cleaning.

Oh my and your down on hp and your filter is oil canning as we speak!

Just kidding hope not but I shutter to think how bad after seeing
mine after 6 thousand. These filters filter well, better than the old paper
no performance crew try to say!
