Are you wanting whine or wanting to whine?

I hear this website has the loudest whining blowers of them all.

My f4 procharger was insane sounding. I'm guessing your looking for a roots sounding blower.

My buddy once cooled his V1 with a bag of ice, let's say it whined at all Pm's after that

There is a really big difference between centrifugal supercharger whistle and PD blower whine. I'm pretty sure the OP is after exactly the sound my 122 Magnuson equipped '67 Camaro had. Only made 540 rwhp at 11 psi with meth on a head/cam LS1, but it had some serious whine when in boost. A few videos to enjoy:

Your videos are exactly the sound I'm talking about.
So after talks with maguns today on the phone, it seems there is NO maggie 112 for my LS3 engine. I could swap the heads with a LS2 but I'm not interested in that.
They did state that a tvs2300 with COG will give me the sound I'm looking for.
I just fear making too much power on the TVS2300

Naive question I realize, but you can under-drive them just as you can over-drive, right? Not sure how many options there are, since most are looking to go the other way (more power), but seems to make sense in my twisted little mind?

I know the top fuel guys do that, for instance when they have to run at Bandimere in Colorado

Absolutely, you can do that. The jackshaft LS3 Vette kits used to come underdriven on the rear. Mine did in 2009. Not sure if they do any more. The 5th Gen Camaro LS3 kits come 1:1 on the rear. Go figure on that one.

I actually bought a set of 1:1 pulleys from a Camaro guy to use on mine when I wanted to up the boost. The little light above my head (burns pretty dim nowadays) didn't come on to tell me that I could reverse the underdrive rear to make them o/d. Shoot.

People don't make too much power with 2300s. Hell my friends car didn't even make 500rwhp on a 2300 when it was just a stock car with a 2300. Made ~495rwhp. That was nothing but the maggie bolted on, no headers or anything else. You could easily back 2-3 degrees out and make ~460-470rwhp.

I've never heard a cog drive TVS2300 in person, but I'm thinking it isn't quite the same noise/tone as the older generation Eaton rotors. My old 122 would scream at WOT, but was totally quiet at idle and cruise. I'd expect a cog drive to make noise all the time.

I wouldn't be overly worried about making too much power. You probably have the option of putting a larger pulley on it if it's really more than you want. I wouldn't think a stock LS2 A6 would make much more than ~480 rwhp with a basic TVS kit. If that's too much for you, then you probably should reconsider putting forced induction on your LS3.

I've got the Maggie 112 on an LS2 and it whines just fine with a mild exhaust. Once you put a louder exhaust on and/or start changing the pulleys, it changes the sound completely and the whine goes away. I went down to a 3.0 front and no more whine for me. I miss it sometimes...

You would think spinning the blower faster would increase the whine. My experience is similar to yours though. Both my MP112 and 122 were pullied down pretty far (under 3") and I never noticed much whine out of either of them.

Yeah I had to make the decision... more whine or another 2-3 lbs of boost by pulleying down. I opted for the reason it's SC'd to begin with.

Believe it or not, but the whine that is most recognized is caused by the teeth in the belt as they engage the notches on the pullies. So if you want a loud one just get one of the ones that uses the Gilmer Belt Style drive. Like on the 6-71 to 14-71 style blowers.

That's strange. My 122 had 1:1 rear pulleys and a 2.7" or 2.8" front pulley with stock F-body accessories. You can see from my videos above, my whine was VERY noticeable. You could hear it clearly over my exhaust, which was Stainless Works long tubes straight into an X-pipe then a set of Flowmaster Hushpower mufflers.

I'm not sure if there is a difference, but my blower was a 122H or 122HH. Can't remember exactly.

I'm pretty sure mine was an HH. Magnuson had a program where you could send your MP112 back to them and they would up grade the blower to the 122HH using your lower manifold/intercooler assembly. I don't remember either one of them making much whine.

My truck TVS2300 got WAY louder after I put a new engine under it. Same blower running the same speed....just with a forged Tx Speed 6.0L in place of the stock cam only LQ4. Now, you can hear the blower a little even at cruise. Go WOT and it sings pretty good. Before, seems like it was pretty quiet at cruise and WOT. Go figure on that one
