"Boy" These guys know how to make me feel small.

top shelf LME built LSX block 427 with all sorts of crazy internal goodies like gas ported pistons, etc, extremely conservative street cam that is something like a 236/244 114+4 at ~0.646, 9.75:1 compression, MAST 305cc heads, etc. ECS stage 2 fuel system on crappy 91 pump gas, 80lb injectors, dual m15 methanol set at "7", D1sc procharger with IW 8 rib setup and 4" intake setup, 3.55" blower pulley, ECS intercooler, 6 speed, makes ~12psi of peak boost, and the torque curve is nuts, kooks headers and Ls7 intake manifold with stock 90mm tb
on a "i don't care about whp, just please make it reliable" conservative tune done by matt at GP tuning with I think 17* of peak timing, the motor outran the blower so peaked at ~6k rpm unfortunately and made "only" 865-870whp despite a few other small issues. cam was built to peak at 6,800 rpmon this setup and theoretically the D1SC should hit max impeller rpm at same rpm but runs nearly stock when cruising with a torque curve that's nuts when boost comes on, so not complaining and just about exactly what I was looking for right now, plan to upgrade head unit or spray it or go turbo at some point when/if I get bored with 870whp, hence overkill motor.

Did you just decide to stick with the F2 and drop the X?

Nope, got an excellent deal from procharger on brand new F1X unit as replacement for my died X (new unit is flying to me as we speak) that I will give it a try this season! hopefully it will stay together!
F2 is very reliable unit switching back or staying with F2 requires some modifications and A2W setup which is somthing I don't want to spend or do right now

Since some of the non-LS7 folks are posting I'll tag along...
Mustang Dyno
LS3 ECS 1500 w/meth
11.7psi (summer)
626 RWHP / 580 RWTQ
11.40 @ 133.4 (street tires 4th of July 100 degree weather )
12.6psi (winter)
640 RWHP / 588 RWTQ
11.68 @ 135.3 (street tires last year on crappy stock clutch at the time)
I know she can run 10s but I'm not looking to break drivetrain components in the process. Just having fun with it. Methanol really helps limit power loss in the heat. Then again, I added a little more reinforcement since my winter dyno and winter times. Summer run is as it stands now.
Full mods in signature below. Still stock cam and restrictor plate in place.
