you might try some alum ducting to better seal off the rad and if possible divert in more flow

I'm using the dewitts/spal fans instead of the stock fans and it solved my airflow/cooling problem

I just have it on a switch with a separate sensor so I can control the on off points with an easy ****

Yep.. Most if us fight that issue.. The world of iron blocks and restricted air flow. When you figure out the fix, let us know.. Lol
