Also was having a look at Speedhunters and found this car. Reminds me of your car for some reason.

Think you should do a rear mounted radiator and a MASSIVE intercooler!
No nothing special, last two weeks car has been on the dyno and we added 8 lambdas. Now together 10 can bus bosch lsu 4.9 lambdas we measure afr plus slow egt's. And they truly are slow compared to lambda.
Placed an order of Precision Metalcraft sheet metal intake, looks oem can handle 1 k hp nicely until differences in cylinders goes over 10-12% at boost. We'll continue tuning work after large plenum intake will arrive, hopefully next week.
As well cannot hold back pressure under boost at 10 psi and over, so send email to PTE if they can upgrade turbos to 6870's. Probably will test first with modded DKT housings but looks I have enough clearance convert them to T4 if necessary.

I've been eyeballing the PMC intakes. Put one on a camaro and it was very nice. I know Whitelightning runs one on his 1450rwhp car. Seems like the best intake for the price.

Second dyno session is done, problems solved and car tuned at 1bar/ 14.5psi. Made 1095 hp DIN crank, torq 1333 nm/ 983 lb ft. We pushed boost up to 1.8 bar/ around 26 psi very safe (rich) afr and timing around 10 deg just for test confirm injector and ignition problems really fixed made around 15 k and 13.5 k lb ft torq. At same noticed leak on pressure side need to fix. Fu*king Chinese made copy Wiggins... Now again under work making new bigger down pipes with 4" cut outs, Precision Sheet Metal intake, fenders, hood etc. Finishing before final dyno this year and street testing.
We'll probably make Motec system to work for any C6 boosted or n/a application without factory ECM conjuction OEM BCM and factory electricity. Required custom made M150 and this takes time..

Nice numbers. What fuel did you use for those runs?

Thanks!! E85, back pressure is still bit over the boost, probably pressure leak is part reason for that. Anyway it must get under the boost secure engine at long WOT mile pulls as well on the street. Will make everything possible first with DKT housings get it low. Probably we'll set max boost to 30 psi if all goes well.

New down pipes under work.. Still need to do WG pipes and 4" cut outs plus maybe X or H pipe to check exhaust really do not cause any back pressure.

Those pipes, from the cuts, to the welds are (or will be) an exercise in patience and tenacity!

Is there any reason for cutting the pipe rather than using bends? Is it just to tight otherwise?
