I stopped by Quality this morning and got the dyno run files so I could do a proper before/after comparison:
Keep in mind, the before was on a different dyno, but it was about the same time of year so should give a good comparison.

I don't plan on going for more than 700. That's actually why I went with the Si, will keep me from pushing it to insane #s without having to do a blower swap.

You made the right call. And you still have room to grow, if you want to go fast .

Just thought I'd post an update, finally got around to doing a follow up dyno, and the car put down 600RWHP (599.47 is close enough to 600 for me ). The original dyno was the 5th run during tuning, and it was a hot humid day. You can see where timing was being pulled dropping the HP curve (on the graph in the fist post, not this one). I always knew it should be close to 600, nice to finally have the dyno sheet.

However the AFR was not 11.5 throughout the pull like you thought earlier. The one run it looks to have hit 12.5 and then 12.0 shortly after.

Yes, I noticed that as well. Not too worried as the AFR is rich above 4K and the second run was consistently at 11.5-11.0 at it's leanest points, but it's a little all over the place. Was talking to the shop about doing a flex fuel setup, so would need to be retuned for that anyway...

I drove the car for two months. It was completely normal to drive. Nothing gave a clue of the power until about 3500 rpm. Each time I stabed the throttle knowing I'd hit the power band, I would hold on with both hands. Reguardless of the speed, the rear tires would light. TC was always on. The tires would always spin. I had wider than stock street tires on Cray wheels. Nitto's. Never did I stand on it unless I was totally straight. Seldom did I have room to wind it up. Once, I let it go for a few seconds longer on an open stretch of freeway. I hit 150 so fricking fast It was frightning. I truly respected the car. I simply made a big time mistake by turning off TC. I do want a new Z06. I just hope the engineering keeps it fairly safe. 518 in that C5 bordered dangerous. Yes, it was fun... Lol... To bad I killed it.

I saw the poorly fixed car 9 months later and met the new owner. I spoted it on Craig's list. Terrible restoration it was. Mismatched paint. Plumbers tape holding the inner fender cover on. The owner was 65 and was not a car guy. It had stock sized Chnieese tires. Thank god he had never had the car past 3000rpm. He had no idea what he had.
A&A gave me exactly what I asked for. They were outstanding. The car was incredable. My plan was to drive it three more years then buy a 2016. I like my 2013 Grand Sport. No. I won't supercharge. I do have a little nitrous though. Lol. I had never been in a supercharged Vette before. You've no idea what it's like until you drive one.

A blown C5/C6 is a whole different level than a stock or mildly modded one. If I did not have a lot of experience with previous Vettes and other sports cars, I would never turn of TC. As it is, I still never turn AH off, and only turn TC off when it's dry and I want to play and am paying 110% attention to the car.

I ran invo's. I think the rears were 285. My current rears are 345's. Way wider. My car was an automatic that Josh at A&A programed perfectly. It shifted so well. When I wound it up, the tires would spin until I let off. I'd hit the rev limiter so quickly, the tires never had a chance to stop spinning. Because of traffic here in San Diego, I never learned the traction sweet spot nor did I get the hang of a little less throttle. That sounds silly, but 99% of the time, I drove the car normally. My wife drove it. She never did feel what the power was like. The car was incredable, no doubt. Had I not touched the button......

Melting Slicks
Just got the car back this morning:
575RWHP / 525TQ
Very quick & clean install done by QMS (A/F was right at 11.5:1 all the way through the run). The IATs were starting to heat at the end of the run, so a little bit of timing was pulled. On a clean run on a cool day it would probably make an easy 580+. Last dyno before install was 9-10 months back, and was 407/397, so I'm right at the 170 A&A advertises.
Note the upgraded radiator. It's a cut-down Dewitts with integrated oil cooler.
Car is a blast to drive now, loads of power! But it can also drive like stock and sound stock if you're just tooling around. Best of both worlds! Only issue now is I have to remember to put it in Competition Mode if I want all the power, otherwise the TC pulls a lot of it. The nice thing, is that you can leave TC on (for when my wife drives) and it's very similar to stock. Put it in CM or turn TC off, and the car is a BEAST!
Here's a video of the final dyno run:

You can't tell from the crappy cell phone audio, but I never realized just how loud the NPPs are at WOT in the upper rpm range (or maybe it's because I'm pushing a lot more air through now ).
