Build v2.0

Nice, always good to know where you're coming from for comparison and troubleshooting sake.
I Bet it pulls damn hard on it's way up to the keel over point :O
Now we wait for the next big step, get that new intercooler on!

This blower is just flat out of air at that rpm. I could swap the 4.125" pulley on and iat would be normal.
Plus iat is misleading on an e85 car. The fuel injected into the cylinders has a cooling effect from the ethanol that can't be measured by the iat wire in the maf.

I saw ~20psi on the dyno, which would probably be ~22psi on the street.

So it made 880hp at 22 psi with 180* IATs and yanking 4* timing...(what was the timing dropping to?)
Your numbers were similar to mine (900hp SAE @21 psi) with 120* IAT and 17* timing, and mine is an F1R with a 4.25"/8" combo. I want more power but don't want to push it passed 22-23 psi on 4 bolt stuff, atleast not on pump/meth.. E85 may be the game changed tho.
Sub'd for your results.. Good work on getting it back together with no issues.

How much more boost are you planning on putting thru it? (More then your current 22 psi obviously)..

and 880whp was at 20psi on unloaded dyno, seems to pick up 2psi on the street
My timing is 17° too, so it was dipping to 13°

If anything I'd turn this f1a back down to 18/20psi, this dyno was my max effort 10% overspun test and it didn't like it. For the new f1a-94 I have no idea what it'll do. It might like the 3.8, or maybe it'll need the 4.125... come to think of it, I don't even know if it's still going to be rated for 74,000 or if it'll drop to 72,000. I'd guess my max boost with the new blower won't be over 25psi.

I wanted to do the F1X but, I think its way more air flow then my motor will handle unless I use a big pulley combo, maybe like a 5"/8", then it would be terribly lazy below 6k... So I'm kind of at a cross roads.. They will make a bunch of power but also a bunch of boost....which is my concern. I want more power and the same or less boost... Which means I need a blower that's easier to turn or a turbo..

Yeah depending on how much they improve the air flow on the new F1A, you'll probably see a good jump in boost. I was talking to a local guy here with an F1X on a 427. They had to restrict it down a good bit to keep it around 25-26 psi.. That's with a 4.25"/8", going thru the 5" air filter and some sort of restrictor in the pipe.. When they pull the restrictive he sees close to 30 psi...race gas only... It made right at 1230hp.

my runs restrictor VS non are identical down low and its only up top when the blower really starts sucking down some air that the restriced runs just dont get as high... that way you dont lose the low end.. but you keep the top end in check..

Also swapped plugs and did a compression test
1 - 166psi
2 - 175psi
3 - 172psi
4 - 172psi
5 - 175psi
6 - 171psi
7 - 175psi
8 - 175psi
I also shipped my aeroforce gauge back to get reflashed with the firmware to display ethanol %
