Looks like I do have one thing that needs fixing... this issue existed before and still seems to be present...

The intank fuel pump drops pressure from my externally regulated pressure of ~44psi to around 30psi. It did this on my oem z06 pump assembly at tx2k13 so I just added a manual toggle for my external magnafuel and ran the car off that (intank pump still worked enough to siphon fuel from the passenger tank). I replaced the z06 pump and filter with a new walbro 450 and thought that would cure the issue, but it seems not. I'd have to test, but I'm 90% sure it hits full fuel pressure when the driver tank is fully submerged. That leaves me with a theory that something in this distribution section on the top of the oem fuel assembly isn't sealing (old/different assembly shown below). Anyone have any thoughts? I'll be outside impressing myself by dropping and reinstalling the tank blind with the trans+brace installed :/

I removed the X pipe and exhaust and two of the upper braces to do mine dropped the rear cradle about and inch and it was doable lol! Not going to guess what your problem is as I don't have a good grasp of what your fuel system consists of.

I'm still on the original blower and intercooler, so really the only difference is 2" headers and jam cam... big numbers coming in October hopefully
It sounds SOOOOOO good!!!

Can't wait till you get the "little blower that could" and the larger intercooler installed!

I don't think pressure change would have anything to do with fuel level. What about a check valve issue? O-ring on the factory regulator/aftermarket block off issue. The replacement O-rings are cheap pieces.

Why did you change the fuel pump setup from what you had last year? Mine is set up similar to what you had, And I have not had any issues other than overheating a fuse to the Magna fuel pump.

When you get tired of messing with that pump setup give me a call and I'll set you up with something a lot better.

It just blew out right in the middle, not anywhere near where it was heated at the tips to install... Hell, I held that part of it with my bare hands while the tip was heated to push it on

I'm damn close... the only thing keeping me hanging on is that I just need a cheap walbro pump and a basic hanger, all the aftermarket stuff is pricey and designed to support all the power internally, and I've already got my external magnafuel sumped in.

Car gods are back on my side, transfer tubes just slid together on the first try... easier than when I did it with the trans out and easier than disconnecting them was earlier. I did a mini drop of the trans though, still bolted to bell housing and clutch and trans lines connected along with shifter, but ready to come all the way out besides that... well worth the effort
