1st LS build, feedback please
Looking to build 1st LS motor. Here are the details:
LS2 block - squared, minimal material removed/bores honed to 4.005
Wiseco 4.005 forged pistons -3.2cc with rings
Stock - 3.622 crank, polished
Forged 6.125 / .927 pin rods
AI 232cc heads, 65cc chambers
ARP main studs
ARP head studs
Willing be installing another LG GX5B 232/238 114 camshaft. Had a lifter go bad an take it out.
Target is 10.4 compression. Am I on target? Feedback gladly welcomed.
Car had ECS blower kit on it with stock motor, made 711/644 to wheels. Power target is 825/710. Will be turn boost up to 10-12psi
Thanks

How much boost did the stock setup produce? Everything looks good, but I think it will take more boost to hit 800+hp. If your happy with the cam then stick with it. I would change it slightly to favour your supercharger.
Something along the lines of 228/240 116+3
You don't mention a meth kit, but I would strongly advise it.

Stock setup produced 8psi. Car has an Alky control single nozzle kit.
Considering removing the restrictor plate from the blower as well. Guessing that will get me 13/14 psi

Sounds like a great setup.
