800 rwhp would be max id do for long term reliability.

Marks she's doing better. Any time always text or phone call away to bs about cars.

Do you recommend building the 6l80 or swap to a 4l80 given are power level. Have you had any issues at all since your tranny was built? I'm just trying to get in the right direction.

I have a 4l80 swap waiting for when we destroy this setup. But we plan to swap different short block and f1x eventually looking for 1200rwhp. Through the 4l80 when we do it.

Saw gogto at HMP last night. Didnt get to talk much as yall were working on the vette and the camaro G-force had out. Cars moved out for sure. Hope to see you guys around.

Yeah when we unloaded my vette and my Fiances camaro. We were filling the meth tank. Over the week sitting in the trailer it must have sprung a leak. We had to find a vacuum cap to repair it.

I did hear you make a pass. You gotta let mikey tun that transmission for you.

I do need some help in that department. I knew it would be off. Was on the Century trans tune. Next time out I'll bring my tuner and get it sorted out.

Since you already planning a swap. I'm assuming you don't recommend the 6l80 again.

Wow you have that thing flying!! 5.78 is a 9.00 in the 1/4, in our crappy 3000+ DA..

That would be 8.80 in -500' DA.

Are you walking it out on the launch? Seems to come on hard a car length out...just wondering if you're walking it out or is that just the delay from everything coming in... (Blower).. I do the same with my car to keep the axles in it.

If you can get it to a low 1.3x 60', you're in the 8s as it sits.

The way the Vette back HalfS I bet it's 8.9's now.
It shifts 1-2 that quick. When it shifts pulls tires.

Pretty cool. I thought I was one of the only 6l80s out there. Been called a liar many times when I told people my 60ft times…lol. I pulled and built mine myself with a friend. Stock rear, stock axles. LG spindles and yank converter. Stock LS3 with a cam and nitrous. 1.27-1.31 short times every time at the track. full weight car.

I just went 9.40 @143 with ECS 1500 Kit on stock headed stock block LS3. Also stock intake 6L80E 2012 Vette 1.28 60ft. 5.96 in the 1/8.

Very nice! Austin's A6 has gone 8.7@156. He's made a few changes so it should knock a couple tenths off.
