Anyone running a DP big mouth intake tube on a Novi SL1500? Before I pull trigger trying to get some feedback. Thanks

Do it! I put it on my V3 and I picked up 2lbs of boost and 43whp. I didn't buy the cut down radiator, just use a hammer to get it bent down to fit. The car cools down faster with the new intake. Do it you won't regret it.

You will not pick up that much boost with an ECS kit, the intake ducting is larger. The inlet of the ECS kit does not start to become restrictive until around 850/900rwhp +-.

Agreed with what Doug said. I made 1050rwhp on ECS inlet and filter no issues. I swapped to a custom made 4" pipe and it seems to make a bit more but I haven't checked. I don't think the DP kit will work or fit with the ECS intercooler. It is beyond easy making your own, just get a 4" bend and cut it to fit. Took me 10 minutes to make one. I did it on my lunch break one day.
