[VR] WannaGOFAST 1/2 Mile GA '14 - First Corvettes over 200mph!
Phew, what an absolutely incredible weekend of racing with the fantastic WannaGOFAST crew at Heaven's Landing in Georgia. Not one but two of our customer's Corvettes broke the 200-mph barrier in the half-mile, setting them firmly in the record books as the first Corvettes to EVER go 200 in the half.
But, honestly, that was just icing on the cake. All in all we had over 20 different customers racing each day and saw over 3,000 different spectators come through the venue in that same period. Everyone was amped up, everyone was ready to roll, and the cars were on kill from every group... It was just fun to mix it up with the Lambo, GTR, Porsche, and exotic owners all weekend long AND see our friends set new personal bests. Seriously, if it wasn't for our amazing customers, friends, and families, this would have just been another weekend at the strip. But everyone who came out was in it to win it!

It actually wasn't as bad as you would think. About as planted as the SinisTTer on 18's. The 15's help us get off the line a LOT harder though.
We have another WannaGOFAST event coming up January 24/25 in Ocala, FL at the Jumbolair air park!

It is a VR built 474c.i. RHS tall deck with a VR custom camshaft, solid roller, and All-Pro heads/intake. Makes just over 700rwhp N/A and no methanol.
We're at roughly 1400rwhp on race gas without nitrous. Still have yet to dyno the car spraying, but should be over 1,600. That is on 67mm Precision turbos.
He is using the Halltech ECU which does not offer traction control. He leaves very soft (can be seen on Youtube from his GoPro videos), but freight trains the back half of the track. All on 345 M/T drag radials and factory C6 wheels that have been widened.

They did say the orange car was on the 15's and the other 18's so i guess it gets out better and sinister is just coming on strong at the end (at least what I figure). Cars looks great guys! What turbos are on the orange car, I know they are 6766, but they look like t4 exhaust housings. What size housing is it?

As said Haltech sport 2000. I keep hoping The elite will come out, id definitely like to be in the group that beta tests it to show what difference TC could make

Well a 440 with twin 72mm turbos is a wild build. Regardless of how driveable it is. Especially considering all th custom tanks and pumps on your setup. Frame mods,, and removal of factory tanks And such.
