It sure did.. As I've said I really wish I would've went after the NA SBE record.. I had plenty of power and a game plan, but they wouldn't ever get my damn car fixed.. With their slow *** and I don't give a **** attitude the shop has.. I said screw it and it snow balled.. I'm still pissed with them and the on going non existent service I continue to get and am likely to show up with a trailer to get the car and 10-15k of my money..

Rob, you know I respect your accomplishments 100%, but posting things like this is what makes some people want to target you or at best lose respect for your accomplishments. (not me just to be clear)

Yes your power plant is a bolt on C5Z engine, but nothing else in the car is close to being your average C5Z. You conveniently leave that out and make the car sound like it's just another run of the mill C5 that's running completely unfathomably ridiculous super crazy impressive times with impeccable driving.
When in reality it runs super crazy impressive times with impeccable driving once you know what the entire package entails, which is certainly nothing to shake a stick at.

Why do you always leave out half the equation leaving others to wonder or assume? I personally have noticed that it discredits you to others in the long run which is not fair on your part IMHO. Same reason why you were torn into on YB, they know better so they just think your BS'ing. Just my .02 as constructive criticism, if you take this as negative on my part I'll delete it, that's not where I was looking to go with this.

I feel your pain and am glad you're dedicated and hope to see you run well. I know how much effort goes into this stuff especially when you don't always have the resources.

Rob,
You should no longer comment on your race car. It is unfair. You know that we kicked the crap out of the OP with a Bolt-On C6Z street car. You should just be happy with that accomplishment.
Let him throw up a number. If you want to prescribe a H/C setup to chase it, we can.

I even beat the 10.2 time with an LS2 H&C stock ci and bottom end automatic with only 487 rwhp

Where's the OP from? Where's this car going to run? Location is huge. All of you guys with impossibly fast times are almost literally ALL in New Jersey. That's another planet out there, and a complete DA anomaly.

Just looked up the DA down there. Mineshaft air late night into the early morning. Negative 500 around midnight. +500 by mid morning and 1000-1500 in the afternoon. If they've got any kind of midnight drags down there, there's a good shot at some respectable times.

A small part of NJ is the only place in North America that gets good air a few months out of the year.

I hear your quit the fishermen Rob.....and I can confirm that with this statement. ..lol.

I will take the Law of Averages ftw Bob....lol. Lets compare total days under 0' per year and average track conditions...??

Or we could just look at the fall/winter/spring Jet Stream cycle/location....

But I'm no meteorologist.....just an observant redneck.
