Build has started!
Only had the car 7-8 weeks and already bored with its "slowness" lol. Seriously I bought the Vette to build and replace my 900awhp TBSS.
Initial goals for this build is 800rwhp and run 10.0/9.x.
Its heart will be my built, stroked, forged 419 LS3 with WCCH LS3 heads with additional extensive valve work.
Injectors (not pictured) are FIC 95lb@3bar.
I'm still waiting on some parts to be delivered like the Circle D convertor and UPP TT kit, but the rest should be a good start! I'm also trying to get the car scheduled at IPS...OR CTD?? to do the first round of mods.
So I have a few months to get this thing build before spring and have a little fun next year.
Thanks,
Jeremiah

We will see how the pump setup works, the system itself should be great! I ran twin 450s in my TBSS and hated having 2 pumps. I wanted to do a single with this build. Time will tell.
I went with the fender mount kit with the GT35r's since UPP has done some nice improvements. I had CK do a couple minor tweaks to it too.
-wideband bung
-IAT bung with IAT/adapter setup
-ceramic coat the up pipes inside/outside
-ceramic coat the turbo hotside inside/outside
-ceramic coat the down pipes outside only

I use the term "most" loosely, however Aeromotive strongly suggests using a speed controller and specific gauge wiring with this pump. Most run the incorrect gauge wire and/or NO speed controller.
My biggest concern was the lack of a bucket with this pump. So when the tank gets low, will I have pickup issues? Again, time will tell.

Nice. I've been trying to figure out whether I want to go UPP or ECS. ECS seems to be the simpler/easier to install setup, but twin turbos so sound cool and are so much easier to adjust and bring on power earlier, etc.
Ah well, we shall see. Good luck!

good looking build!!! dont need 800rwhp to run those numbers though nor really and built 416... Car is going to roll out though for sure.. you need to make sure that trans tune is on point!!

The motor was just "left over" from my TBSS demod. I figured there was no way I could get $10k+ for it since its built to hold 1300chp in a 5200lb pig and I have almost 20k into it. I figured it was meant to be at that point.
I agree on trans, I've been doing a LOT of reading up. So even if I leave it stock for now the tune is key. I just need to find a good shop, I found Century (who seems really high on themselves) and there's another in Florida that seems to be performing well.

The only problem I had with the in tank A1000 was every once in a while after a long pull the fuel pump would cut off. Think I narrowed the problem to the pump speed controller. I have pulled that one off and replaced it with a controller that Dsteck builds which will run off of the map signal instead of rpm.

Just a quick update..It's winter, so not much happening.
The motor was dropped of to IPS last week, so they are close to starting it.
I purchased a Century trans, so a road block removed there.

Well...update:
Its in the air and ripped apart, some last minute parts ordered:
-cloyes timing set
-pfadt engine mounts
-DSS drive shaft
Now its down to just NT05r's and a tune. Fuel of choice will be E85, that's official as of last night.
*It's no longer cheaper to build this over the TBSS..SMH
