I am pretty happy with my YSi, its a pretty capable blower in such a small package. I really think I can get into 170's with a few changes and still maintain my street manners.
It would be cool to see someone like Ricky make a pass at TI, see what he could do with is little 347 YSi combo. Trapping 159 in the 1/4 would definitely put him into the 170's at TI.

Did you even have yours turned up at TI? (Race fuel, no restrictor, timing, the 1325hp tune)
I completely believe the weight of your car. Mine is 3600lbs with me in (190lbs) and on CCW drag pack (70lbs lighter).. With my stock Speedline wheels/wide tires and full tank I'm 3700lbs.
Iron block, roll cage, heavy RPM drive train, auto swap..= Porker.

Another awesome T.I. event! The AMS GTR is a monster! As always, the Corvettes were almost unnoticed . 184 was the best mph yet for my car (bitter sweet because of blown head gasket). Im excited for the Quick 30 in November as the car will be solid roller. I look forward to meeting the Corvette Forum members attending!

In all honesty there hasn't been a great showing from the vette community except Lethal and LMR with the blue vette. Nothing is impossible just need the right support mods to help with traction.
seems everyone is doing 15's.
It was very excting to see TI shaken up a bit with a GTR taking KOTS home. Nth moto Viper taking the RWD class and a no name lambro driver taking the 6spd challenge as well.

There does seem to be a big movement with the Pro-EFI 1000whp plus Corvettes putting power down, I love these events.
Need to take some time and fly down to TEXAS to see one in person.
Texans have the good life!!
