Default ???Help with fuel on nitrous build?

I have a 06 c6. I will be putting on Ls3 heads and intake onto my Ls2. I also have a set of long tube headers and a custom cam going in. I want to spray a 200 shot on a plate kit. What will I need for a fuel pump? Just a W.B.255?

As much work and cost as it takes to upgrade the fuel pump you can just buy a stand alone for the nitrous. It lets you run a race fuel for the nitrous instead of the regular pump fuel (unless you put expensive race fuel in your main tank).

A stand alone is $800 and up or so? I couldn't run a racetronix fuel pump?

The labor to drop the tanks is well over $1000....plus the price of the fuel pump setup.

You could do a KB BAP and a Racetronix harness on the cheap....but you are flirting with disaster. If budget was the concern and you have enough fuel for your all motor setup, I'd go with a stand alone fuel cell in the engine bay for the nitrous and call it a day. Just wire it up with a fail safe so that if your fuel pump was to fail on the stand alone that your nitrous would not spray without it.

I have a progressive D.p. full kit for an Ls1. I was planning on putting it to a plate (that i don't have yet) because it will not fit over the Ls3 intake. I just talked to a tuner and he said a 320 lph pump will be enough?

If you're going to drop the tanks for a fuel pump, then I'd go with the Walbro 450lph. You'll be able to run pump gas or E85, assuming the tune is setup with a FlexFuel sensor. Needless to say, you won't run out of fuel with the Walbro 450lph on a stock bottom end LS2.

That being said, I agree you should spend the $800 on a stand alone fuel cell. It's cheaper than paying a shop to install an intake pump and being able to run race gas adds a nice safety cushion to your setup.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else!

You don't have to relocate your battery. Nitrous Outlet sells a kit for C6 vettes that have dry sump systems or for people who don't want to relocate their battery. However, the systems that mount in your factory battery try are cheaper than the others.
