Think Im going to order a A&A for my Z06...
I think Im going to order an A&A for my 10,000 mile all stock 2006 Z06. After looking at what Heads, cam and EX will run im not far off the proce of the blower. I still want to keep driveability and can always add the other stuff later. Im thinking the blower is the way to go.
Who has used these kits? How do you like the kit? Would you do it again? Let me know what you guys think.

I run an a&a but sum say the pulleys are easier to change on the ecs. U can't go wrong eith either. Same blowers just brackets n pulleys are a lil different

Get a Ti blower from the get go when you order it.

We install a lot of A&A supercharger kits here at County Corvette. They fit very well and make great power. That being said, you can't go wrong with an ECS kit either. They both perform flawlessly!
To clear up some confusion on what Detoxx03 stated- He's referring to upgrading the supercharger head unit to the larger TI trim, apposed to the smaller SQ version that is standard with these kits. With the TI trim, you'll have room to grow and make more power down the road if need be. Where it's much easier to max out the SQ trim.
If you have any other questions, concerns or are looking for a shop to do the install, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Ti trim is standard on ECS kit, and an option on the A&A. I wouldn't even consider the A&A kit with he base blower.
ECS has a nicer bracket, bov, inlet, idlers, tensioner, intercooler, etc.

Both A&A and ECS make a great kit. I have an A&A on my personal car with a Ti trim and it is just about perfect for me needs (low 800rwhp level).

My experience was the opposite. I had issues with AA service, but ECS always steps up, treats me good, and responds quickly.
I don't like the A&A intercooler as much, but I really don't think it matters. IATs are almost identical between the two, so the FMICs are doing their job.
If you are just going to bolt it on, make 600hp, and leave it there, can't go wrong with either, they are both good. If you want to turn it up, that is where the ECS shines.

Can't go wrong with either. I ended up doing A&A because that's what my preferred shop sells/installs and because I could get the cut down Dewitts radiator with integrated engine oil cooler for the same price.

I do like how ECS includes the upgraded blower and better bov from the beginning. I've bought a few grand worth of parts from ECS and haven't had any issues.

Thank you all for your input. I feel less stressed about doing this now. I will be putting the kit on my self over the winter. This will be my 4th S/C instalation and I did one single turbo so the work Im not worried about. It's the fit and function side.

Good speaking with you today Gene. As we discussed today the ECS kit is a great base to start with, drive-ability is near stock except for the go pedal! Any questions you know how to find me, phone hasn't stopped ringing today but we are here still!
