Default What to expect in the 1/4

Been reading some C7 threads of drivers laying down mid 11 passes in the qtr with stock C7's.
I am very close to taking my C6 GS auto in for an A&A install in a month or two.
If we keep everything consistent between a stock C7 auto and a C6 auto with a SC installed how much faster will the C6 be?
If the driver does his part and has decent tires is it possible for the C6 to break into the 10's?

GS auto LS3 car with a base blower kit and drag radials takes no driver input. Mash the gas and go and it will run strait and quick.

Any more details on your setup? Exhaust? Or was it just the kit alone with no other mods?

Thanks for answering How would a SC C6 stack up against a GTR from a roll?

GTRs are no joke! If the GTR is stock you will pull on them in my opinion, but once modded they aren't easy bait.

You're going to get your fanny handed to you running against a modded GTR. Can't begin to compete with AWD with these cars on a roll.

+1

My buddy has a 12' GS with a cam only/exhaust setup, FTI converter. Ran 11.0@126.. No blower lol.. His car dead hooks on the street from a dig on 345 MTs. It would probably go 10.90 on a real good -DA air night.

I would think a blower setup on his stock (besides cam) LS3 would go 9.90s
