You have the trap speed for it. I think it has it in it. When i pull my seats out and put my racing seat in my auto weighs in at 3060lbs.

Default MT's

I run 345/35/19 Nitto NTR05's as my street tire, so these 305's fit good, even look small after using 345's.

not sure if anyone cares but I wanted to get the M&H racemaster 325-45-17 but they seem to be sold out everywhere. I spoke with vengeance though and fwiw they said they tested both and they prefer the M&H to the et street R tires, that the M&H hookup a touch better. They seem to use the M&H on all their bigger power customer cars.

That being said if I can't buy the M&H tires this week I'll end up going with the 305-45-17 MT ET street R tires instead and I'll report findings. I'm at 865whp with D1SC on a 427, primarily street cruising with occasional 1/2 mile event.

got the 325 50 15 on the car and got to do some test runs finally and see how they do, and i must say they hook awesome. they are soft and i can see them wearing out very quick but man do they hook. my car makes close to 1500 on the street and they hooked all of second with very minimal imput from the proefi traction control.

1400+ hooking in 2nd gear? I'd say it's a fantastic tire.

You have the street r's? Not the pros?

i think it will, my 345 35 18 et streets two still do a fairly decent job, they hook third but no luck in second

the new 325/50/15s are the win..

i wasnt able to hook on the 275/60/15s once we put some power into the car.. it was just lighting them up as soon as i hit boost in 3rd.

Switched to the 325s and hooked every bit of power i could in 3rd.. night and day difference..

Ace.. im going to switch to the Zr1 trans next year and from 2nd.. your 2nd @ 60 is just 4200ish VS 3300 for me in 3rd...

Zr1 gears are where it's at. Love my set up in second at 60 now. Little brake boosting or leaving on the rolling antilag and I get the hit at 25-30 lbs and hook every bit of it haha

thanks killa, with these 305 ET Street R's and 800hp at what mph and gear can you go WOT and hookup? I'm really trying to find a tire that will hookup 865whp from a 40-50mph roll on the street, in a perfect world anyway
